Tuvimos un apetitoso domingo entre amigos con esta parrilla que hicimos en casa de una amiga y les comparto algunas fotografías que tome. Sean todos bienvenidos a este post.
Grill Sunday 🍣
We had an appetizing Sunday among friends with this grill we did at a friend's house and I share with you some pictures I took. You are all welcome to this post.
Esta es una pequeña porción de todo la carne, pollo, morcilla que se cocino para once personas; el motivo de la parrilla fue despedida de una amiga que se va de Venezuela. Creo que a estas alturas de la vida social,económica,política de Venezuela todos tenemos alguien conocido viviendo y trabajando en otro país y sospecho que esto continuara.
This is a small portion of all the meat, chicken and blood sausage that was cooked for eleven people; the reason for the grill was to say goodbye to a friend who is leaving Venezuela. I think that at this point in the social, economic and political life of Venezuela we all have someone we know living and working in another country and I suspect that this will continue.
Estas son unas apetitosas costillas de cerdo; fue lo primero que colocaron a cocinar.
These are some appetizing pork ribs; it was the first thing they put on to cook.
Aquí una cerveza bien fría; para refrescarme y celebrar.
Here's a cold beer; to cool me down and celebrate.
Aquí asándose cerdo y chorizo
Here roasting pork and chorizo
Pollo, chorizo, costillas de cerdo y morcilla. Yo tenia tiempo sin ver morcilla; no me gusta mucho; prefiero chorizo.
Chicken, chorizo, pork ribs and blood sausage. I haven't seen blood sausage for a long time; I don't like it very much; I prefer chorizo.
Cuando terminaron de asar todo; entonces procedieron a servir a cada invitado.
When they finished grilling everything; they then proceeded to serve each guest.
Resultado final y lo bueno se hace esperar; toda la comida estuvo deliciosa. Sin duda pasamos un sabroso domingo. GRACIAS POR LEER.
