Les cuento que hace un tiempo tuve la oportunidad de visitar un restaurante cerca de casa y probar su comida que según su publicidad dice que es preparada al carbón, el restaurante es bastante amplio y cuenta con dos zonas siendo una de esta al aire libre, el día que decidimos visitarlo estaba vacío debido a que era día de semana y de hecho, llegamos pasadas la hora de almuerzo, sin embargo, esto lo tomamos como algo positivo ya que la atención fue mucho más rápida.
Por mi parte, decidí pedir un Churrasquito el cual venía acompañado de papitas fritas y ensalada, a demás, adicional daban algunas salsas para acompañar como salsa de ajo y chimichurri. Para acompañar decidimos pedir una jarra de jugo de corozo ya que éramos varias personas.
El lugar a pesar de ser bastante sencillo era muy cómodo, a demás de que nuestros platillos estaban deliciosos, la carne tenía muy buen sabor y en lo personal me gustó mucho el termino de asado ya que aunque estaba bien asada se podía sentir jugosa. Por otra parte, las papitas tenían ese toque crujiente Pero al tiempo caseras cosa que me agrada bastante.
Sin duda, fue una buena experiencia con el almuerzo, lo que más nos gustó es que es cerca de casa y sus platillos tienen ese toque casero que en lo personal, me gusta mucho. The place in spite of being quite simple was very comfortable, besides the fact that our dishes were delicious, the meat had a very good flavor and I personally liked the term roasted because even though it was well roasted it could be felt juicy. On the other hand, the chips had that crunchy touch but at the same time homemade, which I really liked.
Undoubtedly, it was a good experience with lunch, what we liked most is that it is close to home and their dishes have that homemade touch that I personally like very much.
