¡Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido un lindo día. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien gracias a Dios. Les cuento que hoy aunque el día pintaba ser de bastante descanso en casa, terminó con una invitación y cena increíble a un restaurante que hasta el momento me ha gustado bastante, su nombre es "Buffalo Grill".
Y aunque ya había tenido la oportunidad de almorzar en este lugar, la verdad es que no había probado sus platillos para la cena. Está vez quisimos ir a una sede diferente así que buscando en Waze terminamos llegando a una sede ubicada en el norte de la ciudad donde me pareció que la decoración era mucho más bonita, a demás de que todo el restaurante en si está muy bien ambientado, tiene aire acondicionado en todas las zonas, televisores, luces calidas, Cuadros, letreros neones y algunas plantas artificiales.
Como entrada decidimos pedir unos deditos o tequeños de queso que venían por 4 unidades, estos estaban increíbles ya que tenían muchísimo queso y a demás, venían acompañados con una salsa de miel que le daba un toque delicioso. Como plato fuerte yo me decidí por una pasta Penne a la Carbonara que personalmente me pareció súper rica ya que traía pollo, tocineta crocante, queso parmesano, tenía una capa doradita tipo gratinado que se notaba le habían dado ese toque en el horno y acompañe con una copa de sangría con vino tinto.
Por otra parte, Fer se decidió por una hamburguesa pulled pork termino 3/4 que venía acompañada con papas al casco, la verdad es que la presentación se veía súper provocativa y al poder probar un bocado me di cuenta que estaba realmente deliciosa, él decidió acompañar con una coca cola bien fría.
La verdad es que ambos disfrutamos de nuestros platillos, ambos estaban realmente deliciosos y les cuento que nos sentimos bastantes satisfechos. Al final pagamos un total de $157.000 pesos colombianos ($39.12 dólares) incluyendo propina la cual aceptamos pagar con gusto ya que la atención fue bastante amable. As a main course I decided to order a Penne a la Carbonara pasta which I personally thought was super delicious since it had chicken, crispy bacon, parmesan cheese, and a golden layer of gratin type that you could tell they had given it that touch in the oven and I accompanied it with a glass of sangria with red wine.
On the other hand, Fer decided to go for a pulled pork burger 3/4 finished, which came with fries, the truth is that the presentation looked super provocative and when I was able to try a bite I realized that it was really delicious, he decided to accompany it with a cold coke.
The truth is that we both enjoyed our dishes, both were really delicious and we were quite satisfied. In the end we paid a total of $157,000 Colombian pesos ($39.12 dollars) including tip which we were happy to pay since the service was very friendly.
