Hola amigos feliz noche a todos espero que se encuentren super bien hoy vengo por aquí a traerles una super recomendación para todos aquellos que viven en la isla de margarita o aquellos que quieren venir a visitar, el pasado sábado mi novio me invitó a cenar para celebrar el 14 de febrero y quería hacer de esta noche algo especial, al principio no teníamos muy claro que queríamos para cenar empezamos fue dando vueltas , lo que yo si tenía claro era que no quería comer ni hamburguesas ni pizzas yo quería algo un poquito más elegante y rico , el me dijo vamos a un restaurante que está aquí cerca llamado BRASERITOS , lo primero que hice fue preguntar que tipo de comida ofrecían aunque por el nombre ya me imaginaba que era un lugar de parrilladas , me pareció súper excelente opción pues casi nunca solemos comer carne así que nos dispusimos a ir a este lugar.
Hello friends, happy night everyone, I hope you are feeling very well, today I come here to bring you a super recommendation for all those who live on Margarita Island or those who want to come visit, last Saturday my boyfriend invited me to dinner to celebrate February 14 and I wanted to make this night something special, at first we were not very clear about what we wanted for dinner, we started wandering around, what I was clear about was that I did not want to eat hamburgers or pizzas, I wanted something a little more elegant and delicious, he told me let's go to a restaurant that is nearby called BRASERITOS, the first thing I did was ask what type of food they offered although from the name I already imagined that it was a barbecue place, it seemed like a super excellent option since we almost never eat meat so we prepared to go to this place.
Voy a resaltar dos aspectos que me encantaron y que para mí hacen del lugar especial, el primero fue la atención de verdad que todas las personas que nos atendieron fueron súper amables y muy profesionales, al principio nos preguntaron si queríamos algún cóctel o queríamos ordenar de una vez, yo preferí pedir un cóctel primero ella nos trajo la carta y nos fue ayudando , todos los cócteles era a base de ron santa Teresa uno de mis favoritos bastante bueno y sutil , me pedí un cóctel a base de jengibre y mandarina la verdad seré sincera y no me encantó pues estaba muy dulce me toco pedirles que me lo rebajaran un poco y muy amablemente me lo rebajaron con soda de toronja y quedó mucho mejor , por su parte mi novio pidió uno a base de limón y romero y estaba demasiado bueno nada de que quejarme .
I am going to highlight two aspects that I loved and that for me make the place special, the first was the real attention that all the people who served us were super friendly and very professional, at the beginning they asked us if we wanted a cocktail or if we wanted to order at once, I preferred to order a cocktail first, she brought us the menu and helped us, all the cocktails were based on Santa Teresa rum, one of my favorites, quite good and subtle, I ordered a cocktail based on ginger and tangerine, the truth is I will be honest and not I loved it because it was very sweet, I had to ask them to reduce it a little and they very kindly reduced it with grapefruit soda and it was much better, for his part my boyfriend ordered one based on lemon and rosemary and it was too good, nothing to complain about.
Llegó la hora de ordenar la comida y todas las opciones eran diferentes tipos de parrillas , yo estaba clara que quería solamente un buen corte de carne acompañado de chorizo y morcilla , de contorno pedí obviamente yuca hervida y papas fritas ( estás las pedí más para mí novio que ama las papas fritas) nos preguntaron que terminó queríamos la carne y ambos pedimos termino medio , habían dos corte de carne diferentes y nos dieron a probar para que escogieramo el que más nos gustaba ( esto me pareció maravilloso)
Por su parte mi novio si ordenó una parrilla mixta de carne y pollo con unas papas horneadas con mantequilla de ajo que estaban maravillosas, cabe destacar que todo esto venía acompañado de ensalada rayada de repollo y zanahoria, más tres tipos de salsas diferentes, un pico de gallo , guasacaca y una salsa picante.
The time came to order the food and all the options were different types of grills, I was clear that I only wanted a good cut of meat accompanied by chorizo and blood sausage, on the side I obviously ordered boiled cassava and fries (I ordered these more for my boyfriend who loves fries) they asked us what ended up we wanted the meat and we both ordered medium-rare, there were two different cuts of meat and they gave us to try so that we could choose the one we liked the most (this seemed wonderful to me)
For his part, my boyfriend ordered a mixed grill of meat and chicken with some baked potatoes with garlic butter that were wonderful. It should be noted that all of this came accompanied by shredded cabbage and carrot salad, plus three different types of sauces, a pico de gallo, guasacaca, and a spicy sauce.
En cuanto a costos, no es tan económico Pero recordemos que es un restaurante para pasar una buena velada con buena comida y buenos cortes de carne , cada platillo nos salió aproximadamente entre 17$ y 20$ dólares y las bebidas estaban aproximadamente unos 6$ , la cuenta total fue de 55$ . Pasamos una velada mágica , la comida estuvo excelente además de la atención que fue maravillosa siempre muy atentos y nos decían que si algo no nos gustaba no los podían cambiar sin ningún problema, a parte de tener que rebajar un poco mi trago la verdad no fue necesario nada más pues todo estuvo maravilloso, el ambiente súper lindo , así que por mi experiencia les puedo recomendar 💯 el restaurante CASA BRASERITO ubicado en playa el angel isla de margarita.
