La Hamburguesa Singular de Hundred Burguers fue escogida como tal por el jurado de Burgerdudes con 837 valoraciones en 63 paises. Está lleva una bien elegida carne de vaca gallega con cebolla caramelizada, salsa barbacoa, bacon, crema camembert y un delicioso pan brioche por tan solo 11,50 euros, pero primero hablemos del lugar que está espectacular:

Al llegar nos sentaron en una mesa que tenía vista 360 a todo el local, me gustó mucho porque así podía detallar cada cosa sin interrupciones de nada. La carta se escaneaba con el QR que pueden ver en la foto y aunque tienen pocas opciones en comparación a otros lugares mi meta era una: Probar la "Mejor hamburguesa del mundo" La Singular, aunque también pedimos Carlton banks y Jhony drama, 2 raciones de patatas fritas que venían en un recipiente que simulaba un tobo de acero y de bebida para no dañar nuestra figura un par de Nestea de limón que es nuestro favorito cuando se trata de hamburguesas. El tamaño de las hamburguesas es estándar, un poco pequeño pero la carne le hacía justicia ya que ocupaba la mayor parte del tamaño de la hamburguesa, en proporción estaba más que bien honestamente.

Como pueden mirar por dentro la carne es bastante grande, un poco seca para mi gusto, pero de sabor estaba muy buena, la salsa camembert de la singular le daba el toque diferente a la hamburguesa y el pan super suave brioche hacia que la mordida fuera más satisfactoria. La Jhonny Drama aunque bastante simple constaba de cebolla, queso cheddar y salsa mayo especial de Hundred, estaba incluso mucho mejor que la Singular, es mi opinión. Para poder probarla entre mi novio y yo decidimos picarla a la mitad para así luego discutir nuestras opiniones sobre el sabor y poder apreciar por dentro la combinación de sus ingredientes.

las patatas fritas tal como en la imagen lo muestra si tenían buena pinta y buen sabor, ya se, son solo patatas fritas, pero no siempre es lo que esperabamos, estas a cambio estaban en su punto, con un toque de oregano y ajo y bastante crujientes al morder. Habían otras opciones de patatas pero somos muy básicos, sí jaja, yo siempre digo que si las patatas fritas clásicas están muy ricas, pueden hacer cualquier cosa deliciosa.

Esta que ven es la Carl ton Banks, integrada por pollo crispy, bacon, queso cheddar, bacon con smoky mayo. Puedo decir que estaba muchísimo mejor que las de carne, ya que estaban muy secas para mi gusto en cambio el pollo crispy de esta se sentía muy bien hecho y en conjunto con los demás ingredientes daban un sabor bastante rico. Si me lo preguntan, mi favorita.

Nos quedamos luego de comer un rato admirando todo el lugar, y me parecía una genialidad toda la deco, además que el chico que nos atendió se mostró muy atento y amable, a cada rato iba a preguntarnos si estábamos bien o necesitabamos algo y nos ofreció servilletas húmedas con olor para limpiarnos del desastre que hicimos comiendo jaja. Al final de la tarde dedujimos que es un buen lugar para pasa el rato comiendo y compartiendo con amigos y familiar, además que tienen una parte de terraza y mesas al aire libre para aquellos que quieran un poco más de libertad y algunas chimeneas que le dan estilo y originalidad.
