I Missed BBQ Ribs | Killing a Craving [SPA/ENG].

In the past few days visiting the supermarket I had the pleasant surprise of finding pork ribs with BBQ previously prepared by the butcher of the place, I talked to him and asked him about the ingredients he used, he answered me which ones he used and they are all almost the same that make this homemade sauce, worcestershire sauce (English), ketchup, mustard, oregano, garlic, sugar, etc..

I would make it differently, but I wanted to try it and so I ended up buying a kilo to see how it was, so I killed a craving I had for a long time and saved myself some work, I just had to cook them.

While they were cooking they gave off a good smell so my confidence improved, because I had some uncertainty, normally I don't buy anything that comes previously seasoned, I suspect they hide something, but with the smell it gave off it was already a good sign.

The truth is that they didn't taste bad, but for my taste they lacked a little more sugar, the BBQ sauce for me is sweet, so I rectified the flavor with a ready-made sauce that I bought from McCormick, I have it for a long time and it lasts a long time because it is spicy and so nobody eats it, because it really stings.

They were quite tender, that was another of my concerns and also when eating them I could notice that they removed the membrane that the ribs have on the back, if they don't do that, eating them is a nightmare, you almost can't separate them, in the end I killed my craving, they were very tasty.

I used to make bbq chicken wings with a recipe I got on the internet, in addition to the ingredients you mention, I added a little vinegar and pepper to have that acid and spicy touch.

Yeah a touch of acid is a good choice to level out the sweetness

Bendiciones 🤗 🙏
