Saludos amigos, aprovechando las cortas vacaciones por motivo a los carnavales, toda mi familia nos fuimos de paseo a uno de los lugares más agradables y perfectos que pueden existir, como lo es la Pastelería Monagas, para compartir de un gran desayuno. Así que nos arreglamos y nos fuimos para ese lugar y de esa manera poder disfrutar de unos ricos croissant acompañados de un café.

La cita fue en horas de la mañana y por suerte la Pastelería Monagas trabajo esos días de carnavales y era increíble la cantidad de personas que van en horas de la mañana, sin duda es un lugar amplio y cuenta con muchas sillas, así que al momento de llegar escogimos una mesa y en tan solo minutos uno de los muchachos que trabaja allí se acercó y con mucha amabilidad nos dio el menú y nos explicó la promociones de ese día. Luego de revisar y estar todo de acuerdo en el desayuno, se escogió unos pastelitos y los famosos croissants del día, una vez ordenado tocó esperar por la comida, mientras que uno conversaba y disfrutaba del día en ese gran lugar.

Greetings friends, taking advantage of the short vacation due to the carnival, my whole family went for a walk to one of the most pleasant and perfect places that can exist, as is the Pastelería Monagas, to share a great breakfast. So we got dressed up and went to that place to enjoy some delicious croissants with a cup of coffee.

The appointment was in the morning and luckily the Pastelería Monagas worked those days of carnivals and it was incredible the amount of people who go there in the morning, it is certainly a spacious place and has many chairs, so when we arrived we chose a table and in just minutes one of the guys who works there approached us and very kindly gave us the menu and explained the promotions of that day. After reviewing and agreeing on the breakfast, we chose some pastries and the famous croissants of the day, once ordered we had to wait for the food, while we talked and enjoyed the day in this great place.

La comida estaba bastante caliente y en mi caso me fui por un croissant, la cual era de buen tamaño y me pareció muy bien para el precio que tenía el mismo, además ese desayuno es muy bueno, ya que tiene muchas cosas con las que rellenan el croissant, donde tenía lechuga, jamón, queso y mantequilla, siendo una gran combinación de sabores, además me gusto que estuviera un poco tostado y de esa manera permite que el queso se derritiera y darle un toque único a ese desayuno. La última vez que comí uno de esos fue el año pasado y comparado con aquel este fue una delicia y cada mordisco valió la pena.

Mi mamá y mi hermana se fueron por los pastelitos, la cual eran de hojaldre de la manera tradicional por ser de queso y desde lo lejos también se veían muy ricos y provocativos, ya que esa masa de hojaldre es perfecta y todo con ese queda especial. Todos fuimos comiendo poco a poco, cada uno dio su punto de vista y me dio risa que a mi hermano no le gusta mucho la lechuga y le tocó comérsela allí, ya que no se podía botar, del resto cada uno disfruto de ese gran desayuno, siendo algo distinto y único.

The food was quite hot and in my case I went for a croissant, which was a good size and I thought it was very good for the price, also that breakfast is very good, since it has many things to fill the croissant with, where it had lettuce, ham, cheese and butter, being a great combination of flavors, plus I liked that it was a little toasted and that way it allows the cheese to melt and give a unique touch to that breakfast. The last time I had one of those was last year and compared to that one this one was a delight and every bite was worth it.

My mom and my sister went for the pastries, which were made of puff pastry in the traditional way because they were made of cheese and from a distance they also looked very rich and provocative, since that puff pastry dough is perfect and everything with that special touch. We all ate little by little, each one gave his point of view and I laughed because my brother does not like lettuce and he had to eat it there, since it could not be thrown away, the rest everyone enjoyed that great breakfast, being something different and unique.

Para acompañar ese delicioso desayuno, se pidieron unos ricos café con leche, de esa manera poder pasar la comida y esos cafés fueron en una taza mediana, así que fue perfecto y alcanzó para todo ese rato que estábamos allí. El café tenía una pequeña decoración en la espuma, la cual era un corazón, pero no tardó mucho, ya que al momento de colocarle la azúcar y moverlo un poco se arruinó todo, sin duda era un café muy rico, ya que estaba en su punto. Así que este desayuno fue la mejor combinación y quede con las ganas de seguir comiendo más y probar los demás desayunos que estaba ofreciendo.

To accompany this delicious breakfast, we ordered some delicious coffee with milk, so we could pass the meal and those coffees were in a medium cup, so it was perfect and it was enough for all the time we were there. The coffee had a small decoration in the foam, which was a heart, but it did not take long, because at the time of placing the sugar and move it a little ruined everything, no doubt it was a very rich coffee, as it was at its point. So this breakfast was the best combination and I was left with the desire to continue eating more and try the other breakfasts they were offering.

En lo que terminamos de comer, mi papá decidió pedir un pequeño postre y para la sorpresa de todos fueron unas ricas bombas rellenas con crema pastelera y eran bombas medianas, así que se podía comer con tranquilidad y ese toque de azúcar que tenía por encima fue perfecto. La bomba estaba en su punto, ya que el pan de la misma estaba suave y tenía muy buen sabor, así que de logro pasar muy rico y tomar lo último poquito de café que quedaba en la taza y de esa manera poder terminar con todo ese gran desayuno del día de ayer en familia.

As we finished eating, my dad decided to order a small dessert and to everyone's surprise they were delicious bombs filled with custard and they were medium-sized bombs, so you could eat them with peace of mind and that touch of sugar on top was perfect. The bomb was just right, since the bread was soft and had a very good flavor, so I was able to enjoy it very well and drink the last little bit of coffee that was left in the cup and thus be able to finish with all that great breakfast yesterday as a family.

Así que esta pequeña salida con desayuno familiar término de una gran manera, donde todos quedamos contentos y felices por la gran atención que ofrece ese lugar, además los precios son accesibles y permite ir a comer y darse ese pequeño gusto, ya que momento como ese son únicos y siempre van a quedar para el recuerdo. Así que si tienen la oportunidad de ir a disfrutar de ese desayuno de pastelitos y croissant se los recomiendo.

So this little outing with family breakfast ended in a great way, where we were all happy and happy for the great attention offered by that place, plus the prices are affordable and allows you to go to eat and give yourself that little treat, because moments like that are unique and will always remain for the memory. So if you have the opportunity to go and enjoy that breakfast of pastries and croissant I recommend it.
