This bread looks so good. It is evident in the gif you shared where the bread rises the moment you press it down. Moreso, i love the combination of spices you used especially the tumeric for a touch of nice color.

I haven't had a pumpkin bread before 😞. The popular ones are are coconut, sardine, wheat bread and of course plain bread.

        Thank you very much 💙. The spices are the key here, for all the flavor magic to happen. You can make a version of this bread using carrot, beet or even sweet potato and you get different textures and flavors.
