For the ingredients I used:
Fish fillet.
Black olives.
Capers.
Onion.
Celery.
Tomato.
Yellow raisins.
Walnuts.
Garlic.
Wheat flour and cornstarch.
Para los ingredientes he utilizado:
Filete de pescado.
Aceitunas negras.
Alcaparras.
Cebolla.
Celeri.
Tomate.
Uvas pasas amarillas.
Nueces.
Ajo.
Harina de trigo e maizena.
First we prepare the fish by adding salt and pepper, then coating it in wheat flour mixed with cornstarch. This will give it a crispy surface. We then sauté and cook it in a little oil, making sure it is cooked through.
Primeramente preparamos el pescado para esto vamos a colocar sal y pimienta para luego empanizarlo en harina de trigo junto con maizena de esta manera el quedara con la superficie crujiente, lo sofreimos y cocinamos en poco aceite pero previniendo que quede muy bien cocinado.
Now we'll prepare the dressing with the other ingredients. It will be like a sauce for my fish, but a very different and exquisite sauce, with strong yet perfect flavors. We sauté each ingredient until everything is combined, add a little salt and pepper, and it's ready.
To serve, I placed the fish fillets on top, and the dressing I prepared earlier was absolutely delicious.
Ahora procedemos a preparar el aderezo de los otros ingredientes que serán tipo una salsa para mi pescado pero una salsa muy diferente y exquisita sin duda con sabores muy fuertes pero perfectos, sofreimos cada uno hasta tener todo junto agregamos un poco de sal y pimienta y queda listo.
Para servir he colocado los filetes de pescado y en la parte superior lo realizado anteriormente, fue realmente delicioso.
