Today I am pleased to share a recipe, in this #Hivefood community, which is full of people who love cooking, and who are delighted to prepare rich meals and desserts. Today I will explain you the step by step of a very tasty sweet using pineapple, a wonderful fruit, which can be preserved through sugar and water, until a pasty or gelatinous paste, known as jam, is achieved. In my nation, Venezuela, pineapple is a tropical fruit highly known and consumed, since it has vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that contribute to health, and when used to make jam it is exceptional, thanks to its flavor, smell and unique texture. However, when prepared as a preserve, its durability is much longer and its uses are infinite, since it is an excellent companion for both sweet and savory foods.

ππππ©βπ³π©βπ³π₯³β€οΈπ©βπ«πββοΈπββοΈπ§ββοΈπ―β€οΈπ₯³π©βπ³π©βπ³πππCheer up and write down the ingredients you need to make this rich and tasty candy: 1. One pineapple (300 grams). 2. Half a cup of sugar. 3. 20 milliliters of vanilla essence.

- La fruta de la piΓ±a se lava con agua para eliminar la suciedad.
- DespuΓ©s de limpiar la piΓ±a, se usa un cuchillo para eliminar su concha. Es recomendable no botar las conchas y hervirlas para tomar su agua una vez frΓa. Se puede endulzar con su endulzante de su preferencia.
- DespuΓ©s, usamos un envase hondo y colocamos encima el rallo, y empezamos a rallar por la parte mΓ‘s fina los trozos de la piΓ±a.

- Tan pronto se disuelva el agua, se va aΓ±adiendo los 10 mililitros mΓ‘s de la esencia de vainilla y se mezcla hasta que ser disuelta en su totalidad en la mezcla.
- Se finalizara, cuando se logre una composiciΓ³n espesa y de color caramelo ya estarΓ‘ lista.
- Todo el proceso dura aproximadamente 20 minutos.

After cleaning the pineapple, a knife is used to remove its shell. It is advisable not to throw away the shells and boil them to drink their water once cold. It can be sweetened with your favorite sweetener. 3. Then, we use a deep container and place on top of it the pineapple, and start grating the pineapple pieces by the thinnest part of the pineapple. 4. Then we will obtain a rich pulp. 5. Then place a pot on the stove over low heat and add the pineapple pulp, plus half a cup of sugar and mix, and then 10 milliliters of vanilla essence until all the ingredients are diluted in the preparation. 6. Afterwards, it is always necessary to stir the mixture so that the sugar does not stick. We will see how, little by little, the liquid emitted by the pineapple will be reduced. 7. As soon as the water is dissolved, add 10 more milliliters of vanilla essence and mix until it is completely dissolved in the mixture. 8. It will be finished, when a thick and caramel-colored composition is achieved, it will be ready. 9. The whole process takes approximately 20 minutes.
