Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de @hivefood. Es un gusto saludarlos y desarles un muy felíz día. Hoy les comparto una deliciosa experiencia probando una Chachapa con queso de mano en "Cachapas la Guaira", ubicado en La Guaira-Venezuela.
Hoy tuve una oportunidad única de asistir a una cachapera casi al frente del hotel a donde me hospedo. Que grata sorpresa cuando caminaba ayer encontré que este grandioso lugar y me de detuve a preguntar acerca del menú. Al verle la pinta a los platos servidos a los clientes; pude observar lo bien que se veían. Así que me dispuse a visitarlos hoy.

Cuando llegué al restaurante era temprano, asi que aproveché de tomar fotos del lugar. Les cuento, que en el menú se ofrecían algunos platos criollos y variedades de chachapa. La variedad de las cachapas estaba relacionada con el relleno, desde queso guayanes, queso de mano, carne, pollo y hasta cochino frito. Me decidí por la cachapa con queso de mano acompañada con suero de leche y mantequilla. Para tomar pedí una malta.
Mientras esperaba detallé algunos aspectos del lugar, ubicación de las mesas, y la atención. Todo muy sencillo. También observé, que este lugar ofrece servicio de deliveri que estaba muy activo. Llegaban y salían trabajadores a distribuir los pedidos. Les cuento que entre las preguntas que realicé a unas de las trabajadoras fué el horario de trabajo a fin de asegurarme que podía asistir hoy a la hora del almuerzo.
Cuando trajeron mi pedido quedé sorprendida de lo bien que se veía mi cachapa, estaba caliente y de buen tamaño. Al probarla tenía consistencia suave y con delicioso sabor a maíz. El queso de mano cubría toda la cachapa y realmente fué un gran almuerzo. Quedé completamente satisfecha por esta elección. Lo que puedo decir a todos, es que recomiendo este lugar. Seguro que todas las variedades cachapa son tan exquisita como la que pedí hoy.

Today I share with you a delicious experience tasting a Chachapa with handmade cheese at “Cachapas la Guaira”, located in La Guaira-Venezuela.Today I had a unique opportunity to attend a cachapera almost in front of the hotel where I am staying. What a pleasant surprise when I was walking yesterday I found this great place and stopped to ask about the menu. As I looked at the dishes served to the customers, I could see how good they looked. So I set out to visit them today.
When I arrived at the restaurant it was early, so I took the opportunity to take pictures of the place. I tell you, the menu offered some creole dishes and varieties of chachapa. The variety of the cachapas was related to the filling, from guayanes cheese, queso de mano, meat, chicken and even fried pork. I opted for the cachapa with queso de mano accompanied with buttermilk and butter. To drink I ordered a malt.
While I waited I detailed some aspects of the place, the location of the tables, and the service. All very simple. I also noticed that this place offers a very active delivery service. Workers were arriving and leaving to distribute the orders. One of the questions I asked one of the workers was the working hours in order to make sure that I could attend lunch today.
When they brought my order I was surprised at how good my cachapa looked, it was hot and of good size. When I tasted it, it had a soft consistency and delicious corn flavor. The hand cheese covered the whole cachapa and it really was a great lunch. I was completely satisfied with this choice. What I can tell everyone is that I highly recommend this place. I'm sure all the cachapa varieties are as exquisite as the one I ordered today.
