Today i would like to share the recipe of Cheesy Masala pasta Pasta is almost love by everyone, pasta recipe full of cheesy with some indian twist, everytime i cook pasta, i always prefer to try something different and new way. these saucy, creamy and spicy pasta are generally prepared with penne pasta variant but you can try with another variation of pasta. It's easy and quick way of making Delicious and saucy pasta, pasta usually prepared once a week in home, as it is liked by everyone.

Ingredients 📃
• 250 grams of penne Pasta.
• 4 tbsp of cooking oil.
• 2 Chopped onion.
• Puree of two tomatoes.
• 1/2 Capsicum.
• 3-4 cloves of garlic
• 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
• 1 tbsp of Pizza pasta sauce.
• 4 tbsp of mayonnaise.
• 1 tbsp of oregano.
• 1 tbsp of Chilli flakes.
• Grated cheese.
• Salt to taste.
• green coriander leaves for garnish.
process 📃
firstly, in a large pan, boil the water, add the oil and salt. Once the water comes to a boil, add pasta. Boil the pasta until the pasta is al dente. Drain the water, rinse with cold water to remove the starch. Now your pasta is ready to cook. Keep it aside.
Take a kadai/ pan, Heat the oil.add clove garlic, slightly saute it. once your garlic aromatic then add chopped onions and capsicum. Slightly saute it. then add the tomato puree in it.
Now add the Mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Pasta Sauce, oregano and Chilli flakes, one by one, cook for 5-6 minutes at low flame until the mixture get thickens and start releasing oil.
now add boiled pasta.
mix well making sure the pasta sauce is well combined with pasta.
Now grate cheese on the top of the pasta to give it cheesy flavour.
Garnish it with green Coriander leaves...
Now serve the Hot cheesy Masala pasta.
