Today i would like to share the recipe of India's Most favourite Beverage of Summer - Mango Shakes. sweet and seasonal cold beverage drink made from fresh mangoes pulp and full cream milk. It is my personal favourite drink of the summer, it is super easy to prepare and Can Enjoy any time of the day. India is famous for its delicious, juicy mangoes, and enjoying a mango shake made from them is a true summer delight. While you can find mango shakes almost everywhere, nothing compares to the freshness, richness, and love that go into a homemade one. Every sip reminds me that the simplest things are often the most special.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 Cup fresh mangoes.
• 1 tbsp sugar (optional).
• 1 Cup of Chilled milk.
• Ice Cream cubes as required.
• Nuts For Garnish.
Process 👨🏻🍳

These days, very harmful chemicals are used to ripen mangoes, so please make sure to wash them thoroughly with three to four changes of water

Peeled the ripe Mangoes, chopped into the cubes.

Add the mangoes chunks and Suger to a blender. Grind it to make smoothie.
Note : Now, don't make the mistake of adding milk at this stage. Otherwise, when you enjoy the shake, you'll get chunks in your mouth, which taste terrible.

Now Add the Chilled Milk. Blend it to make Shake.

You can adjust the consistency of the mango shake according to your preference. If you prefer it thick, that's fine; otherwise, you can add more milk to it. Remember at the end you have to add Ice Cubes to make chilled (optional).

In the serving Cups add the Ice Cubes, Pour the Mango shakes.

You can Refrigerate it, can enjoy it anytime of your Day.

Garnish with few chopped nuts, served the Chilled Mango Shakes with your Friends and Family.
