Good day lovely Hiver's it's me again your @itsmary18 at your service. Here I am again introducing new ingredients or recipes as what we called. I know some of us know how to do it some of us Filipinos due to the fact that there's some tutorials in YouTube but I want to introduce my own version. Are you all ready? I know you all are ready, so what are you waiting for let's read and learn some new recipes ahead. Have a good time reading everyone 😊.

At this time our ingredients are ready, we have egg, sugar, floor, banana of course the main ingredients, cooking oil, Cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.

First thing you must do is to peel the banana, every kind of banana will do unless its already ripe and I suggest that much ripe banana is better. We will peel all the banana and then put it into an aluminum bowl but it depends on what kind of bowl you must use unless it's deep enough for mixing so that all the ingredients you will there will suit and not be waste.

Smash the peeled banan, I also brought five banana. Smash it with a spoon or any aluminum utensils you must you. Smash until it smooth and you can see its already enough, just remember to smash it into small pieces but it depends for you if you want to taste a banan after it cooked but for me its better to smash untill you cant taste the banana after due to tha fact that later if we mix all the ingredients are its easy for us to mix.

I forget to took a picture while putting egg into it but after you smash all the banana, we will add some two large eggs and then mix it together with the smash banan until it combines perfectly.

And then the next steps are put some sugar either brown sugar or those white sugar, I don't have white sugar so I use brown sugar. We must add 1/2 cup of sugar, add some 1/4 cup of cooking oil, and don't forget the 1 cup of flour. Don't forget to strain the flour to avoid bad texture. Mix all those ingredients together until it well combined.

After mixing get some 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 baking powder, mix well and add some 1 cup of milk. We can use evaporated milk or either those regular milk if you don't have evaporated milk. So I use regular milk and then add some 1/4 of vanilla extract for good aroma. Mix it again until all those wet and dry ingredients are mixing together.

We mix all the wet and dry ingredients now to make our banana cake have life we will put some 1/3 cup of Cocoa powder, it can be sweeted or unsweetened Cocoa powder. But I use sweeted one, we also strain it and after straining mix it until it will combine.

Well the best part are in, after we mix all those ingredients it's ready for steaming time. But first we must transfer the mix ingredients into the pan, and put it into steam. We will set a time into 40-45 minutes in a low heat, it's easy if you have steamer or even a rice cooker for fast steam.

After 45 minutes waiting our banana cake are done, I didn't expect to make two banana cakes due to the fact that the dough I made was not that many but luckily I've made two and enough for me and my brother. Although not a perfect one due to the fact that the pan I use was not that big enough to suit all those. This kind of hobby makes my self more interested knowing more or gain more knowledge how to do and can also improve my knowledge about doing like that. But this hobby will depends on my mood, if I'm not in a mood I just buy directly those readg food but if I want to make an effort to make and also I'm in a mood, no matter how long it takes to cook I will make it.
