Whenever my mom bought squid, I really liked to cook it adobo, that's the best method to cook it in my opinion, so when my brother cooked it, he liked to fry it, but most of us really like it cooked like adobo LOL. But I really like fried too, but adobo is the best LOL. So whenever I cook this, every time it is gone! LOL.

- 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Red Onion
- Thumb Giger
- 1 Kg Squid (Pusit)
- Dash of Ground Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. All-in-One Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 Green Chilis

In a hot pan, I added a tablespoon of cooking oil.
And then I sauteed the garlic, red onion, and ginger. Cook it until the aroma comes out.
And then I added the chopped squid. In my observation, the big squid is better than the small one, so yeah. I clean the inside, remove the inside and the eyes, and those long plastic things inside them.
And then I added ground pepper for extra spice.
Mix everything.
Then I added 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
To add more flavor to the squid, I added about a half teaspoon of all-in-one seasoning. Let the seasoning seep into the squid for about seconds.
And then I added a cup and a half of water.
When it starts boiling, I am going to add the green chilis, the more the better, but I only find two left, so better than nothing, right? LOL. And then I cook it for about 5 minutes.
Serve hot and plated!
