Hello, how are you? It has been a week or two since we ate adobong manok, and my mom asked me to cook the chicken, and I am the one who decided what dish I am going to cook with it.

So I decided with the majority of our house, like Adobo, I am going to cook one, and I have been craving it for a long time. The chicken my mom bought is fresh because it has a unique taste to it, and I really like it so much.

As I said I am going to cook adobong manok, which is one of my favorite dish and one time my father told us that he preffer the one with alot of sauce and me and my cousin agree to him and sometime my brother cook for us and he always like it dry just like my mom liked so, I told him it up to the chef that day what kind of adobo he/she going to cook LOL.

I fried them until the color turned brown. The carrots and bell pepper were fried earlier, so I set them aside first, then the potatoes.

Before I add the chicken, I reduce the oil in the pan, leaving about 1 tablespoon of it, and then I add the chicken, cooking it until the browning starts appearing on it.

While the chicken is cooking, I like to add 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper.

Then I added the aromatics like garlic, red onion, and ginger. Sauté them for about a minute.

I almost forgot to add the bell pepper. I love to cook along with the chicken, which gives a unique taste to the sauce.
