Hello, how are you? My family is craving Pinakbet with Malunggay Pods in it, and I think this is the month that Malunggay usually grows malunggay pods, but our malunggay tree got destroyed by strong winds from the typhoon last year, and it is still trying its best to grow this year.
So I am going to cook Pinakbet today with Malunggay Pods, and I hope our malunggay tree will grow one as soon as possible because my family specially my brother, is craving it a lot hehehe.

Let's Cook!
Let's Cook!
I added about 1/4 cup of water to the pan.
Then I added the meat in and let it boil until the water almost evaporated.
Then I added about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and then cooked the meat until crispy or browning started appearing.
Then I added the aromatics and cooked them until the fragrance came out.
Added the tomatoes in cook them until the texture turns mushy.
Then I added about 2 tablespoons of Bagoong. If you don't have bagoong, you can use fish sauce.
Then I like to add 1 chicken cube broth to make the sauce more delicious.
Then I added a teaspoon of all-in-one seasoning.
And then I added 2 cups of water.
Let it boil.
I added the malunggay pods and kamote, and then the Thai eggplant.
Then the okra.
Next is the patani.
Then green chilis add a unique taste to the food.
For the final, this mini ampalaya, make sure to put it on top only.
Let it cook for about 5-10 minutes.
Serve hot and plated
