Hello, how are you? I've been craving this dessert for about months now, and the only time I made it was on my birthday. Yes, my birthday was last week hehehe. The idea is we are supposed to eat outside, but I changed my mind. I'll cook for my birthday because going out to sing happy birthday isn't for me. I'd rather not celebrate it or just eat at home hahaha.

As I remembered, the one thing that triggered my love for Buko Pandan Jelly was when my mom's friend had a swimming get-together, and they took me with them as a photographer hahaha. One of my ninang (godmother) made that dessert, and I couldn't stop eating it after tasting it LOL, and of course I took some home with me hahaha. So yeah, I am going to show you how I make the Buko Pandan Jelly that my ninang made before.

Ingredients I Used:

0.JPG

  • 12 cups of Water
  • 2 Pack of Flavored Jelly Powder
  • Buko Panda Flavor Essence
  • Sugar
  • All Purpose Cream
  • Condense Milk
  • Whole Kernel Corn

Let's Cook!

In a pot, I added 12 cups of water, and then I am going to add these two flavored jelly powders into the water, which is a buko panda flavor.

Make sure to add them in cold, normal water.

Before boiling them, make sure to mix them until well combined.

I added a drop of buko pandan essence.

And sugar for sweetness.

And then, after boiling, I added it into a bowl and let it sit until it turned into a jelly. To make the process faster, I put it into the ref for a few hours.

Now the jelly turns hard. I am going to scrape it using this coconut scraper, and you can do the block shape, but I prefer this one.

After scraping the first bowl, this is what it looks like.

I transfer the scraped jelly into a bigger bowl.

Then I added one all-purpose cream.

22.JPG

23.JPG

Mix everything well to incorporate each other.

24.JPG

25.JPG

Then I added condensed milk. It is up to you how sweet you want it to be.

27.JPG

28.JPG

Mix well.

After that, I added whole kernel corn along with the water in it.

Mix everything.

Then I added a drop of buko panda essence.

This is what it looks like after

Can't wait to eat it hehe.

I transferred it into smaller containers.

And then I like to put it inside the freezer. Happy eating. I did take a photo of me eating it.

Ghurllll, belated Happy Birthday, uwu. And seriously, its been a long long time since I last had Buko Pandan. Usually sa handaan, Buko Salad ginagawa or just fruit salad. Ang unti lang ingredients no, simple pero talagang mapa Ohlala ka talaga sa sarap. Sarap nyan kapag nilagay sa ref tas super lamig na huhu. WANT!!

Thank you! 😊 di ba? Para madalang nalang ihain sa handaan ito. Oo konti lang at madaling gawin. Oo gustong gusto ko kapag nagyeyelo na siya hahaha para naging ice cream na.

Oh q diferente se ve. Me gustaría intentarlo jiji saludos
