Hello, how are you? I am going to cook sisig tofu tonight for our dinner, which some reason, the market hasn't had for a long time, so everybody is craving for it. And they're so excited for me to cook it, and I like to experiment with different ingredients sometimes, and I guess I am going to stick to this recipe from now on.

Ingredients I Used:

  • Tofu
  • Crispy Fry
  • 4 Gloves Garlic
  • 2 Green Chilis
  • 1 Big Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Salted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • Hard Tofu
  • Cooking Oil
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 3 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. All-in-one seasoning
  • Dash of Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil

Let's Cook!

In a bowl, I added the crispy fry, just about a tablespoon, to make our breading. If you don't have this, you can use cornstarch. I ran out of it, so I use alternatives.

And then I added about 3 tablespoons of water and mixed it, and then I added that mixture into the tofu that will serve as to make the dry breading stick to the tofu.

Pour the breading mix into a dry bowl, and then coat the tofu with it.

In a hot pan, I added about half a cup of cooking oil.

Fry them until golden brown or until they are crispy. And then set it aside.

Then I reduced the oil in the pan, and then I cracked two eggs into the pan.

Scramble it until it is completely cooked, and then set it aside for later.
