
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well. So today I am sharing very tasty and my most most favourite dish Curry Pakora from yogurt. I also shared this recipe but today I cooked this recipe using different ingredients like yogurt. I want to share with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
One kg yogurt
Half kg chickpeas flour
Onions
Potatoes
Tomato
Green chillies
Ginger garlic paste
Green coriander
Spices
Salt
Red chilli
Turmeric
Chilli flakes
Dry grind coriander
Cumin seeds
Black pepper
Process
First I took one kg yogurt added two glass water then blend it then mixed one and half cup chickpeas flour one tablespoon salt one tablespoon turmeric and one tablespoon red chilli and mixed well.



Later on I took cut onions tomato and ginger garlic paste then stir fry in the oil. I cooked gravy also adding whole spices.


After cooking gravy I added the curd mixture in the gravy and stir spatula until the boil come.

I cooked it under midum flame until the thickness of curry. At the other side I prepared the mixture of Pakora like potatoes onion whole spices green chillies and mixed in the chickpeas flour. I fried Pakora in the oil for adding in the curry.


At the other side when curry cooked I added Pakora and make tarka also of cumin seeds then spread it above the curry.

My delicious curry is ready. I served it with boiled rice and flatbread as you like.
