Today I am sharing very tasty and winter special recipe which name is Chicken seekh Gizzards . In our language we called it grilled potan of chicken. Yesterday at 9 pm we enjoyed it at the roof . I took pictures of process for sharing with all of you. It's easy but time taking recipe because Gizzards cooked slow on coals. Let's start the process of seekh Gizzard.
Ingredients
2 kg chicken Gizzard
Vinegar
Ginger garlic paste
Spices
Salt
Red chilli
Turmeric
Chilli flakes
Dry grind coriander
Chat masala
Carom seeds
Process
First I washed two kg Gizzard then took a wide bowl added half cup vinegar then added salt ginger garlic paste red chilli turmeric dry grind coriander chilli flakes chat masala carom seeds then mixed spices in the vinegar. Vinegar will soft and juicy the Gizzard. Then I put wash Gizzard in mixture of spices.


I put for two hours rest in the fridge for more taste. Then I washed seekh and made bricks stove inside it I burnt coals. After two hours I started to fixed Gizzard in the seekh then put them on the coals for slowly cooked. I brushed oil on the seekhs for the tender taste.


We enjoyed it with ketchup and spreading chat masala. The smell of making on the coals is too good. You guys must try it and enjoyed with cousins.
