Una de mis comidas favoritas en el mundo es la hamburguesa y siempre que puedo las preparo en casa pero hace unos días se dio la oportunidad de un plan diferente que implicaba visitar un nuevo lugar de la ciudad y degustar por primera vez su comida que en este caso se trataba de unas hamburguesas, lo que para mí fue perfecto para desbloquear una nueva experiencia y hoy quiero compartirla con ustedes.
El lugar en cuestión es el Restobar Hoy que tal como pueden adivinar por su nombre se trata de un establecimiento que combina la función de un bar con la de un restaurante por servir a su clientela tanto comida como bebidas alcohólicas. Este lugar ya tiene un tiempo de haberse inaugurado en la ciudad, específicamente en la zona de Tipuro que es en la que vivo pero no fue sino hasta ahora que pudimos ir a visitarlo y por si se lo preguntan, pues si, se trata de un premio.
One of my favorite foods in the world is the hamburger and whenever I can I prepare them at home but a few days ago there was the opportunity for a different plan that involved visiting a new place in the city and tasting its food for the first time, which in this one case it was some hamburgers, which for me was perfect to unlock a new experience and today I want to share it with you.
The place in question is Restobar Hoy which, as you can guess from its name, is an establishment that combines the function of a bar with that of a restaurant to serve its clientele both food and alcoholic beverages. This place has been open for some time in the city, specifically in the area of Tipuro, which is where I live, but it was not until now that we were able to go visit it and in case you are wondering, well yes, it is a prize.
Es un lugar bastante grande que cuenta con un área externa al aire libre con mesas y una linda terraza, pero también un amplio espacio con mesas en la parte de adentro con un ambiente bastante iluminado y con aire acondicionado, nosotros elegimos la última opción para evitar el calor que hacia afuera y la verdad me gustó mucho porque me pareció bastante agradable y tranquilo para pasar el rato.
It is a fairly large place that has an external outdoor area with tables and a nice terrace, but also a large space with tables inside with a fairly bright and air-conditioned environment. We chose the last option to avoid the heat outside and I really liked it because I found it quite pleasant and calm to spend time.
El ambiente adentro es más de bar que de restaurante porque aunque tiene varias mesas lo que más predominan son unos grandes estantes con una gran variedad de licores.
The atmosphere inside is more like a bar than a restaurant because although it has several tables, what predominates most are large shelves with a wide variety of liquors.
Con respecto al menú no les puedo contar mucho (por no decir nada) porque no lo llegué ver ya que no iba como cliente sino por un premio, solo les puedo decir que cuentan con una promo de 2 hamburguesas de carne o pollo con ración de papas fritas por 9.99$ y fue eso lo que probamos porque de eso se trataba el premio y como no incluía bebida tuvimos que comprarla por nuestra cuenta y entre tantas opciones elegimos un refresco de 1.5 Litros sabor piña por un valor de 1.4$ que me pareció un precio bastante accesible.
Regarding the menu, I can't tell you much (not to mention anything) because I didn't get to see it since I wasn't going as a customer but rather for a prize. I can only tell you that they have a promo for 2 beef or chicken burgers with a serving of French fries for $9.99 and that was what we tried because that was what the prize was about and since it did not include a drink we had to buy it on our own and among so many options we chose a 1.5 liter pineapple flavor soda for a value of $1.4 which I thought was a quite affordable price.
Nuestras hamburguesas llegaron rápido así que puedo decir que el servicio fue muy eficiente (aunque era de esperarse porque éramos los únicos en el local). Nos dieron la opción de elegir si queríamos las 2 hamburguesas de carne, de pollo o una de cada una y elegimos la opción mixta para probar de ambas.
Our burgers arrived quickly so I can say that the service was very efficient (although it was to be expected because we were the only ones in the place). They gave us the option to choose if we wanted the 2 beef burgers, chicken burgers or one of each and we chose the mixed option to try both.
Ambas hamburguesas eran de buen tamaño y contenían huevo, lechuga, tomate, salsas, tocineta y jamón, un pan bastante suave con ajonjolí y por supuesto la proteína que era carne en una y pollo en la otra. Las raciones de papas eran bastante generosas y estaban suaves pero a la vez crujientes ¡buenísimas!
Both burgers were a good size and contained egg, lettuce, tomato, sauces, bacon and ham, a fairly soft bun with sesame seeds and of course the protein which was meat in one and chicken in the other. The portions of potatoes were quite generous and were soft but at the same time crunchy, delicious!
La hamburguesa de carne estaba deliciosa, la carne muy buena, de buen tamaño y jugosa, me gustó mucho, la de pollo también estaba deliciosa, solo que la porción era más fina que la de carne y era bastante notable al comparar ambas hamburguesas pero aun así tenía muy buen sabor, estaba suave y jugosa.
The beef burger was delicious, the meat was very good, a good size and juicy, I liked it a lot, the chicken one was also delicious, only the portion was thinner than the meat one and it was quite notable when comparing both burgers but still So it had a very good flavor, it was soft and juicy.
La experiencia en el Restobar Hoy fue muy buena, me gustó haberlo visitado finalmente y haber probado su comida porque ciertamente el alcohol no me habría motivado a querer conocer este lugar. La promo de hamburguesas me pareció muy buena, deliciosa y adecuada a su precio, sin duda fue un buen premio y lo disfruté mucho.
The experience at Restobar Hoy was very good, I liked having finally visited and tried their food because certainly alcohol would not have motivated me to want to visit this place. I thought the hamburger promo was very good, delicious and appropriate for its price, it was definitely a good prize and I enjoyed it a lot.
