Hello Hive food friends, this time I'm sharing a delicious and nutritious vegetable salad with smoked chicken and cheese 🧀.
Hola amigos de Hive food, en esta oportunidad les comparto una deliciosa y nutritiva ensalada de vegetales con pollo ahumado y queso 🧀.
🧀 Ingredients:
Lettuce leaves. 🥬
Cabbage leaves.
1 carrot 🥕.
1/4 white onion.
1 cucumber.
2 tomatoes.
1 smoked chicken thigh.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Vinaigrette.
Juice of 1 lemon. 🍋
Oil.
Worcestershire sauce.
🧀 Ingredientes:
Hojas de lechuga. 🥬
Hojas de repollo.
1 zanahoria 🥕.
1/4 de cebolla blanca.
1 pepino.
2 tomates.
1 muslo de pollo ahumado.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Vinagreta.
El jugo de 1 limón. 🍋
Aceite.
Salsa inglesa.
🧀 Preparation:
Chop all the vegetables: lettuce, cabbage (into strips), onion, cucumber, and tomato (into small cubes), and grate the carrot. Place the lettuce and cabbage in a bowl, then add the carrot and cucumber, followed by the onion and tomato 🍅.
Prepare the dressing and mix it thoroughly with the vegetables until fully combined. Serve on a plate and add the diced chicken, cheese cubes, and toasted bread.

🧀 Preparación:
Cortamos todos los vegetales, la lechuga, el repollo en tiras, la cebolla, el pepino y el tomate en cuadritos, la zanahoria rallada, colocamos en una fuente la lechuga y el repollo, luego agregamos la zanahoria y el pepino, seguimos con la cebolla y el tomate 🍅.
Preparamos el aderezo y lo mezclamos con los vegetales muy bien hasta integrarlos por completo, servimos en un plato y agregamos el pollo cortado en trozos, cuadraditos de queso y acompañamos con pancitos tostados.
