Hola amigos de Hive food como estan? un gusto compartirles otra receta más, en esta oportunidad se trata de unas deliciosas chuletas de cerdo 🥩 fritas en su jugo.
🥩 Ingredients:
2 pork chops.
Salt and pepper to taste.
3 large garlic cloves.
Worcestershire and soy sauces.
Annatto as needed.
🥩 Ingredientes:
2 chuletas de cerdo.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
3 dientes de ajo grandes.
Salsas inglesa y soya.
Onoto el necesario.
🥩 Preparation:
Take two clean, dry pork chops. Crush the garlic and pepper, then season them with salt and sauce. Set aside.
Put oil in a pan and heat until hot. Add the chops and the photos on both sides. Then add 1/2 cup of broth and simmer until the liquid is absorbed. To fry them in their own fat, serve these chops with mashed potatoes and a tomato 🍅 and cucumber 🥒 salad. Finally, sprinkle with dried chives.

🥩 Preparación:
Tenemos dos chuletas de cerdo limpias y secas, trituramos el ajo y la pimienta y adobamos las chuletas de cerdo con sal y las salsas, reservamos.
Colocamos aceite en un sartén y ponemos al fuego hasta que esté caliente, agregamos las chuletas y las fotos por ambos lados, luego agregamos 1/2 taza de caldo y ponemos a cocinar a fuego lento hasta que se consuma el liquido, para freírlas en su misma grasa, estás chuletas las acompañe con un puré de papas y una ensalada de tomate 🍅 y pepino 🥒 por último rociamos con cebollín seco .
