Hola amigos, como estan? hoy les comparto unas deliciosas tortitas de carne molida.
🍖 Ingredients:
300 g ground meat. 1 white onion. Several cloves of garlic. Salt and pepper. Worcestershire sauce. Annatto coloring. Oil and margarine (as needed).

300 grms de carne molida.
1 cebolla blanca.
Varios dientes de ajo.
Sal y pimienta.
Salsa inglesa.
Color onoto.
Aceite y margarina la necesaria.
🍖 Preparation:
Start with the ground meat; crush the garlic and grate the onion. Season the meat with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, the crushed garlic, and the grated onion. Mix everything well, form small balls, and flatten them into patties.
Place some corn flour on a small plate and coat the patties thoroughly on both sides. Set them aside. Heat a pot with oil and margarine, then add the patties to brown and cook them through; cook over low heat until golden brown on both sides. 🍖 Elaboracion:
Tenemos carne molida, machacamos el ajo y rallamos la cebolla, condimentamos la carne con sal, pimienta, salsa inglesa, ajo machacado y cebolla rallada, mezclos bien y elaboramos unas bolitas y las aplastamos para hacer tortitas.
Tenemos un platito con harina de maiz, pasamos las tortitas por ambos lados hasta impregnarlas bien de harina, reservamos, montamos una olla al fuego con aceite y margarina y agregamos las tortitas para dorarlas y cocerlas bien, dejar cocinar por ambos lados a fuego lento hasta dorar, estas deliciosas tortitas las acompañe con arroz blanco, ensalada de tomate y platano cocinado.
