Mi delicioso Almuerzo: Pollo al horno, gratinado con mozzarella [ESP/ENG]

Hola amigos amantes de la cocina y del buen comer que me leen en la comunidad de @hivefood, espero que todos hayan pasado un excelente fin de semana. Así mismo les deseo un feliz inicio de semana y de mes, ya entramos en le mes de junio, mes de los bonches, ya que tengo varios cumpleaños. Los invito a que sean bienvenidos a mi blog.

Hoy les traigo a la comunidad un delicioso y nutritivo almuerzo, cero de grasas que prepara para degustarlo en mi almuerzo: Un deliciosos pollo al horno, gratinado con queso mozzarella.

Esta receta la acompañe con arroz blanco, plátano y una rica crema de vegetales. como bebida tome agua, ya que la doctora me consiguió un pequeño problema con la toroide, por lo que estoy evitando un poco los azucare, evitando tomar tantos jugos y si lo hago lo preparo con una mínima cantidad.

El pollo horneado en casa es una de las preparaciones más reconfortantes, saludables y versátiles. Destaca por ser jugoso por dentro y crujiente por fuera, es una receta bastante sencilla y fáciles de preparar con la especie que de nuestra preferencia y que por lo general siempre la tenemos en nuestra despensa, ideal para compartir en familia.

Les indicare la cantidad de ingredientes que utilice para esta preparación y el paso a paso de la receta.

Ingredientes

  • 2 muslos de pollo grande con su cuadril
  • Aliños verdes (celery, ajo porro y cilantro)
  • 1 cucharada de salsa de soya
  • Arroz blanco
  • 1 plátano sancochado
  • 1ají dulce, 3 dientes de ajo, sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1 cucharada de aceite y 2 revanadas de queso mozarela

Preparacion

Lo primero que hice fue quitarle la piel a los muslos, colocarlos en una refractaria y reservarlos con algo de sal.

A la par corte todo los aliños y los pase por la licuadora, este licuado se los agregue encima, de modo que esta crema medio liquida tapara los muslos, los introduje al horno y deje cocinar por 20 minutos con calor arriba y abajo.

Al transcurrir el tiempo de horneado, lo saque, revise el sazón, la textura y le coloque el queso mozzarella por encima, introduje nuevamente al horno y deje gratinar por 3 minutos, apague y emplate. Este platillo quedo super rico, con una textura muy suave y lo acompañe con arroz, plátano sancochado y una deliciosa crema de verduras, de tomar agua.

Today I’m sharing a delicious and nutritious, fat-free lunch with the community—something I’m preparing to enjoy for my own lunch: a delicious baked chicken topped with mozzarella cheese.

I served this recipe with white rice, plantains, and a rich vegetable cream soup. For a drink, I had water, since the doctor found a small issue with my thyroid, so I’m cutting back a bit on sugar, avoiding too many juices, and if I do have them, I prepare them with a minimal amount of sugar.

Homemade roasted chicken is one of the most comforting, healthy, and versatile dishes. It stands out for being juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It’s a fairly simple recipe that’s easy to prepare using your favorite spices—ingredients you usually always have on hand—and it’s perfect for sharing with the family.

I’ll list the ingredients I used for this recipe and provide step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken thighs with drumettes
  • Green herbs (celery, leek, and cilantro)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • White rice
  • 1 boiled plantain
  • 1 sweet pepper, 3 garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese

Preparation

The first thing I did was remove the skin from the chicken thighs, place them in an ovenproof dish, and season them with a little salt.

Meanwhile, chop all the seasonings and blend them in a blender. Pour this mixture over the chicken thighs so that the semi-liquid cream covers them. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes with heat from both top and bottom.

Once the baking time was up, I took it out, checked the seasoning and texture, and topped it with mozzarella cheese. I put it back in the oven and let it brown for 3 minutes, turned off the heat, and plated it. This dish turned out super delicious, with a very smooth texture, and I served it with rice, boiled plantains, and a delicious vegetable soup.
