Fusilli with cauliflower, anchovies and grated cheese (ENG/ ESP)

I have a lot of cauliflower in the fridge these days, so today for lunch I made another recipe with cauliflower, fusilli, anchovies, cauliflower, and grated cheese—it was delicious!

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 120 grams of fusilli
  • 400 grams of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 6 anchovy fillets
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • grated cheese to taste

First, we'll take care of the cauliflower, removing the excess leaves and then cutting it into florets of roughly the same size. Then we prepare a pot full of water with the vegetable stock cube, when the water boils we throw the cauliflower into the pot and cook it for about fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally and trying to soften it with a ladle.

Para esta receta, necesitarán:

A continuación, calienta una sartén con aceite y saltea las anchoas durante cinco minutos. Escurre la coliflor y añádela a la sartén con las anchoas. Cocina a fuego lento, removiendo con frecuencia, durante unos diez minutos.

Después, pon a hervir agua con sal. Cuando hierva, añade los fusilli y cocina durante el tiempo indicado en el paquete, normalmente diez minutos. Ehhh, interesting recipe, i'm more jealous that you have a lot of cauliflower. Is it cheap in there? Coz here in the Philippines, it's really pricey. My poor ass just can't buy them always (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠). Anyways, that recipe looks so good. Curious now how it would taste especially it has anchovy. (⁠^⁠.⁠_⁠.⁠^⁠)⁠ノ
