Good evening, blog friends, here I am on another peaceful Sunday. Tonight I decided to cook a dish I really like: pasta with pesto, eggplant, and garlic. I often cook with ready-made pesto because it's delicious and quick.

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 120 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 450 grams of ready-made pesto
  • 80 grams of eggplant
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 500 ml of vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

First, take the garlic, peel each clove thoroughly, and then chop the garlic into small pieces. Then, prepare a large pan and add the oil and the garlic to sauté for about three minutes. Then, take the amount of eggplant you need and cut it into cubes of roughly the same size.

Buenas noches, amigos del blog, aquí estoy, en otro domingo tranquilo. Esta noche decidí cocinar un plato que me encanta: pasta con pesto, berenjena y ajo. Suelo cocinar con pesto preparado porque es delicioso y rápido.

Para esta receta, necesitarán:

  • 120 gramos de pasta a su elección
  • 450 gramos de pesto preparado
  • 80 gramos de berenjena
  • 6 dientes de ajo
  • 3 cucharadas de sal
  • 500 ml de caldo de verduras
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite
