Hello blog friends, these days I have been absent again due to various commitments and work but today I am here again with a recipe and with a great desire to read and comment on the posts that I missed, especially the food ones.

With this heat I confess I have less desire to cook and often I use ready-made products or quick dishes that I adapt, like this pasta with pesto made with ready-made pesto.

For this recipe you need:

  • 120 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 90 grams of ready-to-use pesto
  • 1 large aubergine
  • 4 tablespoons of fine sauce

First let's take care of the aubergine, wash it well with cold water and then cut it into pieces all more or less the same size.

Hola amigos del blog, estos días he estado ausente por varios compromisos y trabajo, pero hoy vuelvo con una receta y con muchas ganas de leer y comentar las publicaciones que me perdí, sobre todo las de comida.

Con este calor, confieso que tengo menos ganas de cocinar y suelo usar productos preparados o platos rápidos que adapto, como esta pasta con pesto preparada.

Para esta receta necesitas:

  • 120 gramos de pasta a tu elección
  • 90 gramos de pesto listo para usar
  • 1 berenjena grande
  • 4 cucharadas de salsa fina

Primero, lavamos la berenjena con agua fría y la cortamos en trozos más o menos del mismo tamaño.

Luego preparamos una olla con agua y la pusimos a hervir. En cuanto hierva, ponemos las berenjenas troceadas en la olla y las cocinamos durante unos quince minutos hasta que se ablanden.

Después, añadimos la pasta y la cocinamos con las berenjenas durante el tiempo indicado en el paquete. Finalmente, escurrimos todo, añadimos el pesto a la pasta, mezclando bien el pesto, la pasta y las berenjenas. Tendremos una pasta diferente, muy veraniega y deliciosa tanto fría como caliente. ¡Buen provecho!

Me hubiera gustado aprender a preparar el pesto como lo hacía un tío que murió. Ese se ve muy rico., y se ve que la pasta te quedó sabrosa por el color, la textura y la cremosidad.
