Ingredients:
- 1 egg tofu
- 2 eggs
- a handful of corn kernels
- 1 clove of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 spring onion
- a little onion
- a little vegetable oil
- sesame oil
- cornstarch
- broccoli
- 850 ml water
- pepper
- salt
- bouillon powder
Steps:


- Clean the vegetables and other ingredients

- Chop the shallot, garlic, and onion

- Cut the egg tofu into pieces and coat with cornstarch


Fry the egg tofu until browned
Remove and drain

- Add a little oil to the pan


- Sauté the onion, garlic, spring onion stalks, and shallots until fragrant

- Add the corn and sauté briefly

- Add water

- Crack 2 eggs and beat them


Once the water starts boiling, gradually add the beaten eggs
Stir briefly



- Add the fried egg tofu and broccoli

Add sesame oil, pepper, salt, and bouillon powder seasoning
Stir briefly, then turn off the heat
