Hi bloggers and food lovers, good afternoon from here. I hope you’ve had a great day. Today I’m going to share a recipe that’s always popping up on my social media, it’s very simple and doesn’t take long to make. Today I’m making flower pancakes with fruit in the center; this time I chose strawberry slices for the filling. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:
- 10 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cooking oil
- strawberries
- powdered sugar
Instructions:

Remove the stems from the strawberries and wash them
Set aside

- Put the all-purpose flour into a bowl

- Add a pinch of salt and the sugar and add the baking powder

- Slowly pour in the milk

- Stir until the ingredients are well combined

- Crack the egg and add it to the bowl

Add the vanilla extract, then mix the batter until thoroughly combined
Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil to the batter

- Before pouring it into the bottle, I strain the pancake batter to ensure there are no lumps

Slice the strawberries thinly
Heat a pan

- Place the strawberry slices on top

- Pour the pancake batter around the strawberries to form flower petals

- Cook until done, then flip the pancake so both sides are cooked

- Repeat until all the batter is used up

- When finished, serve on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar

- The flower pancakes are ready to eat
