Hi bloggers and food lovers. How's your weekend? My lunch for this weekend today was Japanese food. Who doesn't like Japanese food? I think many people would agree that Japanese food is really delicious. Today, I had sushi and ramen for lunch, with some dumplings as the side dish.

My friend and I ate at a local restaurant specializing in Shu Mai and dumplings, but they have a branch whose main menu offers Japanese food called Nelayan Suki.

The place is very quiet with an oriental feel, and they offer many beautiful and delicious dishes. It's really hard to choose.
The main menu this time was Beef Katsu Miso Ramen, Chicken Katsu Sapporo Rice, and Tai Maki Katsu Roll.

The Beef Katsu Miso Ramen has a light, creamy, and comforting broth. The savory miso broth and chewy ramen, topped with fragrant garlic, make it taste very good. Add the beef katsu topping, perfect.

The Chicken Katsu Sapporo Rice is like fried rice mixed with shrimp and other seasonings, topped with chicken katsu.

The Tai Maki Katsu Roll have a crunchy sensation because the sushi was fried, with teriyaki sauce on the top and the filling consists of rice, seaweed, dori fish, and kyuri/japanese cucumber. Don't forget shoyou and wasabi.

For other side dishes, we ordered crab shu mai, steamed shrimps dumplings, leng hong kien, and shrimp salad spring rolls. Writing this makes me hungry again; their shu mai and dumplings are indeed famous for being delicious in our area.

For my drink, I ordered cendol, a traditional drink made from palm sugar, coconut milk, and rice flour that is green at the bottom. It tastes sweet and savory.
Okay, that's my lunch menu for today. Thank you for visiting.
