First of all, I boiled the potatoes and eggs.
I cut the potatoes into cubes and the eggs into slices.
Now it was time to cook them.
Let's see the cooking procedure.

So first I put the ginger, garlic, onion and green chilli paste in a pot and then added a cup of oil to it and fried it.
When it changed color, I added spices to it which included salt, turmeric, and ground red chilli.

After mixing and roasting all the spices well, I added a cup of whipped yogurt to it and then added ground black pepper to it and started roasting it further.

Now that the spices were well roasted, I added the boiled and chopped potatoes and roasted them in the spices for a minute or two,
then added two cups of water and cooked them until the water came to a boil.

Now when the water came to a boil, I added the boiled egg slices to it.
I cooked them on low heat for about five minutes and now my recipe was ready.

And now lastly I sprinkled a little hot spice and Green Fresh Coriander on top of it.
I finished it in about 30 minutes. It was very delicious and spicy.
Final Look:
As you can see it looks very tasty and spicy.
I have served it with Paratha of Wheat flour for lunch.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
