in Hive Food2 days ago

Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Kofta with White Gram, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Minced Mutton.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat ( 500 grams )
  • Gram Flour ( 100 grams )
  • Egg ( 1 )
  • Oil ( 4 cup )
  • Onion ( 50 grams )
  • Spices
  • Green Chillies
  • Tomatoes ( 20 grams )
  • Garlic ( 2 bulb )

Process

So now I will tell you the step-by-step method of how I made Kabaab and which ingredients I added and when.
I will try my best to share my recipes with you guys in an easy and good way.

First, I put the minced meat in a pot. This minced meat also contains a little fat. I drained the water from it thoroughly.
After that, I added some ingredients to it, among which I first added chopped garlic, onion, tomato, and green chili.

And now I have used gram flour for binding. Before adding gram flour to the mince, I roasted it a little so that it would give a good smell.
After that, I added spices as required, which include salt, turmeric, dried coriander and cumin powder, black pepper, and red chili.

And further, I have also added an egg to it so that while making the kebabs, they do not break and they bind well. Now I had added all the ingredients.
After adding the ingredients, now I mixed it well and further, I kneaded it well using my hands so that all the ingredients mix very well and become one.

Now here my mixture was completely ready now I took it out in a bowl to marinate and covered it with a sheet and kept it in the refrigerator for marinating.

After about three hours of marinating, I took it out of the fridge. You can keep it in the fridge for a day if you want. Now it was time to shape them, that is, to make kebabs.

First, I greased both my hands with oil and then took a little bit of the mixture and shaped them with my hands.
I made them very thin because the mince was raw so that they would cook well while frying.

And now to fry them, I first poured oil on the tawa ( pan ) and when it was hot, I started frying the kebabs and turned them with the help of a flipper and when they turned brown, I took them out on a tray.
Here my kebab's were cooked and completely ready. I served them with chutney. You can eat it with any food if you want.

Final Look:

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then Good Bye...🤗
