Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Potato Koftas, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys Daal Haleem.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast ( 400 grams )
  • Mixed 4 type Lentils ( 500 grams )
  • Oil ( 2 cup )
  • Onion ( 150 grams )
  • Garlic ( 1 bulb )
  • Ginger Paste ( 2 sp )
  • Yogurt ( 1 cup )
  • Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder
  • Green Chillies
  • Hot Spice

Process

Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

First of all, I took boneless chicken meat and added 2 cups of water to it and put it in the cooker so that it would boil well.
After the meat tender, I shredded the meat with the help of my hands when it cooled.

Now I soaked four types of lentils for two hours to soften them somewhat.
I put them in a pressure cooker to boil, added water and put them on the stove for about 20 minutes to soften them well.
Then I mixed the softened lentils, which had now become a paste-like mixture well with the help of a blender and added some water to make the paste a little thinner.

Now I took two cups of oil in a pot and when it was hot, I added chopped onion to it and started frying it.

When the onion turned brown, I added ginger-garlic paste to it and started frying again.
After that, I added salt, red pepper, and turmeric to it and fried it further.

Now I added a cup of curd to it and roasted it well so that it gets dissolved in it well.
When the gravy was well cooked, I added shredded chicken to it and roasted it further so that the chicken absorbs this gravy inside itself.

After that, I added the lentil mixture that I had made and started cooking it.
I cooked it for about 20 minutes so that all the ingredients were mixed well and it thickened to some extent and finally I added the ground black pepper powder.

Now lastly I have added chopped coriander leaves and ground garam masala.
So my Daal Gosht Haleem is cooked and ready.
I have cooked it in about an hour.
It was very delicious and spicy.

Final Look:

As you can see it looks very tasty and spicy.
I garnished it with long slices of ginger and lemon slices and onions.
I have served it with ( Bread) Soft Naan for Dinner.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
