Today my in this blog I will share with you guys my sister's wedding menu.
Last time I shared the recipe of Potato and Bell Pepper Curry. I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
My sister's wedding menu was decided by all of us family members, so let me tell you one by one what dishes were on the menu.
First of all, we served the guests Kebabs with ketchup. These Kebabs were absolutely fresh and hot . They tasted very great , meaning they were very juicy and soft. I and everyone else enjoyed this dish very much.
Along with the kebabs, there was also steamed chicken. Like the kebabs, it was also hot. The ketchup and plum sauce added to its flavor. Most of the guests had filled their stomachs with them.

Now it was time for something sweet, so for dessert we made a fruit salad, which had two or three types of fruit salad, which included different types of fruits, fruit preserves, and dried fruits. Its taste was very creamy and sweet, and fruit salad is my favorite, so I enjoyed it very much.
For a sour dish, we also served Russian salad with fruit salad, which was made by adding beans, some raw vegetables and sauces. The combination of both Russian salad and fruit salad was also a different and unique taste.
The food consisted of mutton and naan, which we can also call bread. The mutton was made into a spicy curry so that it could be easily eaten with bread. If anyone wanted to eat it anyway, it was very juicy and tasty. Everyone liked it very much.
Apart from this, there was beef in the meal. Like mutton, it was also cooked very well. You can eat it as is or with bread or rice. It was garnished very well with ginger, coriander, cabbage and lemon slices.
The rice was of the Chinese variety, meaning that some vegetables like potatoes, peas, carrots, etc. were added to it. It looks like biryani, but in reality, it is Chinese rice, which we can also call vegetable pulao.
And lastly, we served ice cream to the guests, which was flavored with vanilla. The ice cream cubes were very large. I and all the guests really liked the wedding food and ate it with great pleasure.
