Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared kadhi pakora recipe, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Potato and Bell Pepper Curry.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Bell Pepper ( 500 grams )
- Potatoes ( 300 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder
- Hot Spice
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.
First, I put the onion and garlic paste in a pan and added half a cup of oil to it and then put it on the stove to roast.
When it turned a light brown shade, I added salt, turmeric, and crushed red pepper and started frying it again so that all the spices were cooked well.
I had already chopped the potatoes and Bell Pepper and kept it aside.
Now I first added the Bell Pepper to the roasted masala and roasted it for a minute or two.
Now I added the chopped potatoes to it and after mixing them well, I left them to cook on low heat.
After cooking on low flame for five to seven minutes, I saw that the potatoes and Bell Pepper were cooked well, so now I turned the flame up to dry out the water present in it and roasted it for another three to four minutes.
You can see that all the water has dried up and all the ingredients are well cooked, so this is my recipe that is completely ready.
And now lastly I sprinkled a little hot spice on top of it.
I finished it in about 20 minutes. It was very tasty and spicy.
Final Look:
As you can see it looks very delicious and spicy.
I have served it with paratha for lunch.
