Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Golden Fried Potato & Peas Cutlets, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Loaded Veg Omelet.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Egg ( 2)
- white flour ( 3 tbsp )
- Milk ( 1 cup )
- Bell Pepper ( 50 grams )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Carrot ( 50 grams )
- Oil ( for Fry)
- Spices Powder
- Green Chillies
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First I chopped the vegetables very finely, then I took a cup of milk in a bowl and added two eggs to it, then ground spices including salt, ground red chilies and turmeric.

After mixing the ground spices, I added white flour to it, mixed it well into this mixture and now added the vegetables to it.

The vegetables included onion, green chilli, carrot and capsicum.
I mixed all this mixture well and it was time to cook it, meaning to fry it.

For this, I poured oil on the griddle, meaning I greased the griddle with oil.
Then, with the help of a spoon, I poured this mixture on the griddle and spread it a little on all sides.
When the bottom side was cooked, I changed its side and cooked it in this way.

These creamy veg egg rolls are beautifully golden on the outside and soft, rich, and flavorful on the inside.
Made with milk, eggs, white flour, and fresh vegetables, every bite feels light yet satisfying.
Final Look:
The gentle crispness pairs perfectly with the creamy, savory filling, making them a comforting and wholesome choice—simple ingredients turned into a delicious, feel-good treat.
