Una de las cosas que más disfruto es comer, y comer fuera de casa, algo rico y que no haya preparado yo, es algo así como el paraíso, y hace poco compartimos en familia y con amigos de una comida absolutamente deliciosa en Mike Pollo en su sucursal del C.C. Parque Costa Azul.
One of the things I enjoy the most is eating, and eating out, something tasty and that I have not prepared myself, is something like paradise, and recently we shared with family and friends an absolutely delicious meal at Mike Pollo at its branch in Parque Costa Azul shopping center.
Este es un restaurante que ofrece una gran variedad de platillos y que cuenta con varias sucursales en la Isla, y nosotros hasta ese día habíamos ido solo a su sede ubicada en la Avenida 4 de mayo, un local bastante cómodo tipo restaurante, no como este que se encuentra en la feria de la comida del C.C. Parque Costa Azul, que funciona tipo local de comida rápida y consumes tu pedido en la feria como tal, pero debo decir que a pesar de esto la calidad de la comida es la misma.
De esta cadena hemos probado varias opciones, como el pollo a la broaster y asado, además de distintos tipos de hamburguesas, y en esta ocasión queríamos algo rápido pues ya estaba un poco tarde (pasadas las 9:00pm), de hecho era uno de los pocos locales de la feria que aún estaba abierto, así que nos decidimos por la hamburguesa capresa que llevaba pollo crispy, tomate, queso mozzarella y salsa.
This is a restaurant that offers a wide variety of dishes and has several branches on the island, and until that day we had gone only to its headquarters located on Avenida 4 de Mayo, a fairly comfortable restaurant type local, not like this one located at the food fair in the Parque Costa Azul shopping center, which works as a fast food place and you consume your order at the fair as such, but I must say that despite this the quality of the food is the same.
We have tried several options from this chain, such as broaster and roast chicken, as well as different types of hamburgers, and this time we wanted something fast because it was a little late (after 9:00 pm), in fact it was one of the few places at the fair that was still open, so we decided on the caprese burger with crispy chicken, tomato, mozzarella cheese and sauce.
Esta hamburguesa tenía un costo de 2,5$ lo que nos pareció bastante bien, porque como ya las hemos probado, sabemos que tienen una buena porción de pollo, y en principio pensábamos que sería solo la hamburguesa, pues el menú no indicaba que viniese en combo, pero resulta que venían acompañadas con refresco, así que mucho mejor.
Realizamos nuestra orden y nos dieron un aparatito electrónico que se activaría cuando nuestra comida estuviese lista, lo que tomó cerca de 10 minutos, bastante rápido para mí, y les cuento que estaban absolutamente ricas, aunque para ser "capresas", creo que debieron tener el tradicional pesto de la ensalada capresa, lo que sin dudas le hubiese dado un toque increíble, pero la verdad estaba deliciosa.
This hamburger had a cost of 2.5$ which seemed pretty good, because as we have already tried them, we know they have a good portion of chicken, and at first we thought it would be just the hamburger, as the menu did not indicate that it came in combo, but it turns out that they came with soda, so much better.
We placed our order and they gave us an electronic device that would be activated when our food was ready, which took about 10 minutes, quite fast for me, and I tell you that they were absolutely delicious, although to be "caprese ", I think they should have had the traditional pesto of the caprese salad, which would have given it an incredible touch, but the truth was delicious.
El pollo súper crujiente, jugoso, con un gran sabor, y una buena porción que junto con los demás ingredientes hicieron que disfrutara un montón de esta experiencia culinaria que sin dudas repetiría, solo que para la próxima quizá pruebe otra opción como el shawarma que pidió Claudi que se veía demasiado rico, o un combo espectacular de medio pollo a la broaster y hamburguesas de la que no me di cuenta ese día por estar apurada, pero ahora que los chicos están de vacaciones seguro aprovecharemos de ir nuevamente.

The chicken was super crispy, juicy, with a great flavor, and a good portion that along with the other ingredients made me enjoy a lot of this culinary experience that I would definitely repeat, only that for the next time I might try another option like the shawarma that Claudi ordered that looked too rich, or a spectacular combo of half chicken broaster and burgers that I did not realize that day because I was in a hurry, but now that the kids are on vacation we will surely take the opportunity to go again.
