Hola amigos de Hive, espero que estén pasando un buen fin de semana, yo por aquí bien, haciendo algunas cosas en la casa y ahora que tengo un rato libre vengo a contarles mi experiencia en KFC la cadena de comida rápida, con un servicio que no es nuevo pero yo no lo había probado, que es la máquina para hacer el pedido sin tener que hacer la cola en caja.
Esta opción la tiene Farmatodo y desde que la pusieron yo prefiero pagar así y sobre todo en KFC hacía falta eso porque las colas ahí siempre eran largas, ahora entre las cajas normales, más las taquillas automatizadas ya no se congestiona tanto.
Este servicio ya tiene tiempo disponible en el KFC del C.C. Sambil pero hace poco en una salida familiar fue que lo pude probar.
Es un sistema automatizado donde haces tu pedido y también lo puedes pagar directamente ahí con la tarjeta de débito. Te aparecen en las pantallas los productos, seleccionas lo que quieres y la cantidad y luego tienes que poner los datos de pago y luego introducir la tarjeta para cancelar y la máquina te da un ticket.
El ticket te da el número de tu orden y ya uno se puede ir a sentar a esperar el turno, y nada más hay que estar pendiente de la pantalla donde están los números de las órdenes activas. Cuando la orden está lista, lo puedes ver, pero también los muchachos que atienden llaman diciendo el número y ya lo que hay que hacer es ir a retirar y disfrutar de la comida.
Yo la primera vez que lo usé fue rápido, no tuve ningún problema porque solo hay que ver la pantalla y listo, es bien fácil de usar, y después que pagas te puedes ir a sentar. Lo único es que se espera bastante porque como es novedad y más rápido que las cajas normales lo usan mucho, entonces aunque no tuve que hacer cola si tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos por la comida, pero yo lo encuentro mucho mejor que hacer la cola así que esa será mi nueva forma de comprar en KFC.
