We rarely eat Instant Sotanghon Noodles but it is actually one of a good comfort food that we can have during rainy days or if when we can't cook because we're far from home and the only choice we have is instant noodles. Now that I think about it, isn't it amazing that we can actually prepare this snacks for just 4 to 5 minutes and with just hot water which for sure is available in some small store. If you ever get hungry you can just buy a cup in a grocery or sari sari store, find a place that sells hot water and cook it. There are actually some sari sari store that sells instant noodles where you can request a hot water, of course with a payment.

I remember we did this too before and we got so lucky because during that time construction workers from a neighborhood will choose our small store to have their merienda and they always choose instant noodles as a snacks. We use gas stove to boil some water so as long as we're ready we can accomodate 10 people who wants to buy instant noodles with hot water. We even prepared it for then and use our own kitchen utensils to serve them. I can remember now though how much Mommy D asked for the payment. I'm sure a lot of people still do this until now. They do it with instant coffee too, just with the right price for the hot water of course.

Anyways, I will be sharing this easy to prepare Instant Sotanghon in a cup, it's chicken flavor. Here's what it looks inside. Sotanghon is some type of vermicelli, it's crystal clear and it's kinda chewy. I think we need to cook it for more than three minutes, but yeah, according to the packaging you can cook it for three minutes. It's magic! Lol

Here's the dried ingredients for this instant sotanghon, looking so good no? I think it's a quality kind of noodles. Some doesn't have much of this.

Here's everything inside. It has chicken powder, oil, the sotanghon and the dried vegetables. Aside from coloring the soup, the oils gives a flavor too with its soup.

I just added a newly boiled hot water in it and this is how it looks like. I cover back its lid and waited for 3 minutes.

Look at the tiny bits of chicken, and the carrot? Seriously, nissin noodles really never disappoint!

It is tasty, flavorful, oily, and full of MSG, like unhealthy? Lol. But this what's make this delicious no? Lol. And for the noodles, I feel like i'm eating a rubber! Joke! Lol. Well, that's what would it feel if you didn't let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes. I waited 4 minutes on mine Because I want it soft. It's good, I enjoyed the soup a lot. This is a perfect pair with Pandesal to be honest, or you can also eat it with rice if you want. Ehe. I think this is Mommy F's favorite, she always choose this and not the instant noodles, you know the typical yellow noodles.
