
Mama asked me if I have plan to go to the market today, coz you know, its Sunday, its also mean Tiangge-an day. But we still have leftovers dishes which we had the other day so I said "no." Yep, its been that long but we still have leftovers haha. We're really just good at saving you see, lol. To be honest, I don't eat much viand especially if the dish has soup or its a saucy dish. I can eat rice even with just a delicious soup, hihi. How about y'all?


So Mamabels went to the market alone. Her only purpose of going there was ro buy Cassava. But then, she couldn't find any so she ended up buying kilo of Taro which is also not a bad choice. I love this in Chicken Adobo and Mommy D's Caldereta. I think they were harvested yesterday or maybe this morning. Looks fresh to me.




I thought mama will just boild the Taro for "our" snacks, lol -but then I saw her getting a sweet potato leaves in the yard. She's planning to make a delicious but healthy dish


While Mama is preparing all the ingredients, I on the other hand decided to have a walk in our yard, just like the usual. I remember sharing this Atis before as a baby fruit. But now it is bigger and soon, Mama will harvest it too. What's cuter is, it grows on the lowest part of the tree. I have to sit just to capture these photo, cute! Lol




Also, one of the Okra tree has this flower blooming so beautifully, just one. It is big and wide that its hard notto notice it especially it is just near the kitchen. So pretty! ෆ╹ .̮ ╹ෆ


Also, this one is really funny, HAHAHA..from the Kitchen, I saw this bear (one of the pups) sitting on the fence made of wires and its cute and really funny. But this kid's really made me anxious especially she's in a high place and i'm afraid that her head or feet might got stuck in the wires and in the veiny plant. In the end, she was able to go down without anyone's help. Aigoooo




Now, going back to the dish that Mamabels made for lunch. Have you ever tried taro with sweet potato leaves? Man, its actually saurrrr good ♪ \(^ω^\ ). I love that the Taro was cooked to perfection, not too mushy but just enough softness in it. So love the texture too ( /^ω^)/♪♪. As for the ingredients, she only use sweet potato leaves, taro, garlic, onion, salt and her favorite seasonings from dali then water. She sauteed it by the way.




After lunch, we had this Banana which we get from a relative. They are so big and we got them for free. I remember the Banana I saw in the Carinderia where we had lunch yesterday. One piece of this banana and in this size cost 10 pesos, for one. Like, "hahhhhhhh?" That made me curious, how expensive the bananas are rn. How about in your place guys?


And guys, how do u eat your banana? I just notice this but this kind of banana taste good to me when i'm eating it using fork hahaha. I don't enjoy it much when I just bite. I dunno, maybe I am just "maarti". Lol. But I enjoy it that way so ƪ(‾.‾“)┐
Anyways, today's topic are all random. Hope y'all had a happy Sunday or weekend. As for me, its just fine and I had my fun moments too with the pets. Hehe. The perks of having pets at home, their chaos is my happy pill though its too much, what to do, its our choice (≧▽≦). A happy choice I mean. Ehe
