Another day and its another preparation for today's lunch. Seriously, we gave importance to our every meal, that is why we also made an effort into thinking what dish to make for the day. There are just times that we rely in canned goods or cooked dish from a carinderia but we cook more nowadays especially for Mommy F.
And today, I will be making two kind of dish, one for me and mommy D and another one for Mommy F. There's still some leftover fried fish from the other day so I asked Mommy F if she wants some fish soup today with Malunggay. She needs to eat more veggies for her to get stronger and because we have malunggay in the yard, I can just pick some in there and mix it to the fish soup.

So here's the ingredients, for the dish for me and Mommy D, I have here four medium eggs, two tomatoes, two cloves of garlic, two small onion, pepper, salt and seasonings. I will mix malunggay in there too to make it more healthier. For the fish soup, I will used the leftover fish of course, onion, garlic, rice water, lots of malunggay, salt and a lil bit of seasonings.

We'll cook the fish soup first because it is more easy to cook. I used one and half cup of rice water here. I put first the onion, garlic and seasonings. I waited for it to boil before adding the fish. After that I seasoned it with salt and cook it for five minutes. The fried fish is already cook so we don't really need to cook it for a long time.. (^._.^)ノ

Then I just add the Malunggay and cook it for another two minutes. I just want the malunggay to be absorbed in the soup. And it'a done! ♪ \(^ω^\ )

So for the next dish, i will make a malunggay omelette instead if just a regular omelette, why not make it more special and healthy no? We don't have any vegetables today so I decides to just mix some malunggay in the omelette.

So I chopped the garlic and onions into small sizes, same with the tomatoes. I used two tomatoes here, one small and one large. More tomatoes, much better, it will taste even better

And here's our four egg, I put salt, seasonings and ground pepper in it. I just mix them first before adding the malunggay leaves. Look at all those bubbles, OMG! I didn't put a detergent powder in there guys, lol. Charrrr ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

Cooking time! I sautee the garlic and onions, once they turn a lil brown, I added the tomatoes next

Once the tomatoes soften a bit I added the egg next. I stir it to mix everything in there.

Just like this \(^o^)/. I actually want to turn it into scrambled egg after seeing this but I decided not to. I covered this for 1 minute and flip it after. Right after that, I turn off the gas and put back the cover..

And here we have it. Our healthy malunggay omelette with lots of tomatoes. But the tomatoes disappeared ⊙.☉. But we can taste it. It's a bit sour which goes to well with it. I love it so much! I just dip it in a banana ketchup and enjoy it just like that.

I actually paired it with dried sapsap too. I also get some fish soup, but only the soup and the malunggay. This tree is a chef's kiss! I ate more rice than I intended to eat. What to do? The saltiness of the dried fish really is just perfect with the omelette. The rice goes down smoothly as I also poured the fish soup in my rice. What a perfect lunch ←(>▽<)ノ
