Good evening to all friends here, wherever you are, I hope you are in good health and can carry out your respective activities smoothly❤️.
Hi my friends wherever you are on this very beautiful occasion, I am here with you in this beloved community to show you a typical Acehnese food, namely timphan.
Yesterday my house was having a feast and several people were making this timpah including my own family, I also approached to take some photos of the appearance of timphan after being cooked.
This is what timphan looks like after being cooked.
How to make timphan, what needs to be prepared.
The ingredients that must be prepared are young banana leaves, namely the top part.
also store using flour.
and ripe bananas.
the dough that will be put into a timpan like sile.
Well, those are the ingredients that I saw being prepared to make a typical Acehnese timphan dish.
In my area, this food is no longer foreign and is a very delicious food because it contains bananas and flour and contains sweet ingredients such as sile.
After the food was cooked, I immediately took one to taste it, but the food was already in my mouth. I felt how delicious the food was, and this typical Acehnese food really made me want to eat it again and again.
because the people in my house prepared this timphan for the jamu-jamu that came, of course I thought about not eating much of the timphan that had been prepared, maybe next time I will ask my mother or my family to cook this timphan again for me to eat it more satisfyingly.
these are some photos that I took of the appearance of timphan.
although yesterday I did not eat this timphan more, but I have eaten some and feel it is really very delicious.
when I saw them making it I saw it was not too difficult maybe the person was used to making this food, but I saw those people melting the flour and mixing it with bananas, stirring it so that it was taken little by little and placed on young banana leaves then wrapped very neatly, then after finishing making it all was cooked and ready to be cooked, and we had to wait a few minutes until it was completely cooked so that the timphan was done.
Well, that's what Acehnese food looks like and some of the ingredients used to make timphan.
I hope you all like the appearance that I have prepared for you to enjoy, and yesterday I didn't have time to take all the photos from the first preparation but I took some photos after the cooking was finished, and tonight I am here with you and show you some additional displays of Acehnese food, I hope you like it.
all the photos that I show here I took using a camera...
