Today I'm going to share with you a food.
This food is called Kyauk Pwint Salad.
In fact, these little flowers are a type of moss-like fungus.
It is a fungus that grows on the ground between the grasses during the rainy season.
This fungus does not have a stem and grows as small pieces on the ground.
It is a smooth, light green fungus, similar to the mouse ear fungus.
My wife and her friends went to the forest to pick these funguses.
Since these are small funguses that grow on the ground, they
tend to have dust and sand particles attached to them.
Therefore, to remove the dust and sand particles, the funguses are soaked in water and washed.
These funguses can be eaten raw in salads.
However, my wife washes these funguses again with boiling water.
Shown in this picture are fried peanut oil with crushed garlic, fried sliced onions, and fried peanuts.
Add the above three ingredients, salt, fried chili, and seasoning powder, to the small pieces of funguses and mix well.
Then, squeeze in a little lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
This local fungus salad is my wife's creation and we had it for lunch with our family rice.

ဒီမှိုက ပင်စည်ရိုးတံ မပါရှိဘဲ မြေပြင်ပေါ် အဖက်လေးတွေ အဖြစ် ပေါက်ပွားကြတာပါ။
ကြွက်နားရွက်မှို ကဲ့သို့သော ချောအိအိ အစိမ်းနုရောင်မှိုဖက်လေးများပါ။
ဒီမှိုလေးတွေကို ကျွန်တော်၏ ဇနီးက အိမ်နီးခြင်းမိတ်ဆွေတွေနှင့်အတူ တောထဲသို့ သွားကာ ကောက်ယူခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

မြေမှုန် သဲမှုန်များ ကပ်ပါနေတတ်ပါတယ်။
သို့ဖြစ်၍ မြေမှုန် သဲမှုန်များ ပြောင်ရှင်းစေရန် မှိုဖက်လေးများကို ရေ ထဲသို့ စိမ်ကာ ဆေးကြောရပါတယ်။
ဒီမှိုဖက်လေးများကို အစိမ်းတိုင်း သုပ်စားလို့ ရပါတယ်။
ဒါပေမယ့် ဇနီး ကတော့ ဒီမှိုဖက်လေးများကို ဆူပွက်သော ရေနွေးဖြင့် ထပ်မံ ဆေးကြောပေးပါတယ်။
ဒီပုံထဲမှာ ပြထားတာတွေက ကြက်သွန်ဖြူကို ထုထောင်းကာ ကြော်ထားသော မြေပဲဆီ၊ ပါးပါးလှီးကာ ကြော်ထားသော ကြက်သွန်နီကြော် နှင့် ထုထောင်းထားသော မြေပဲဆံကြော် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ကျောက်ပွင့်မှိုဖက်လေးများ ထဲသို့ အထက်ပါ သုံးမျိုး၊ ဆား ၊ ငရုတ်သီးကြော် နှင့် ဟင်းခတ်အချိုမှုန့် စသည်တို့ ထည့်ကာ သမအောင် မွှေနယ်ပေးပါသည်။
ပြီးတော့ အရသာ ပိုကောင်းအောင် သံပုရာရည်လေး အနည်းငယ် ညှစ်ထည့်ပါသည်။
ဒီဒေသထွက် ကျောက်ပွင့်မှိုအသုပ် သည် ဇနီး၏ လက်ရာ ဖြစ်ပြီး မိသားစု ထမင်းနှင့်တွဲကာ နေ့လည်စာ အဖြစ် စားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
