My experience eating NIU sushi bar and delivery
One of the foods I like the most is sushi and in my case, I always order without rice but it is difficult to find places that make good roles without rice at a decent size. So a friend recommended this place and since we were at home we ordered delivery. When it arrived, I must confess that I loved the marketing of the place and its creative packaging, which for me is something that gives a lot of value to the place and even more if you add that it is delicious. Because it is worth noting that there are many places with great marketing and when you come to eat, you get too disappointed with the food. For me in particular, I prefer tasty to pretty but if the place is tasty and also pretty, for me it's a 10 out of 10. Everything was designed very cool so I took some pictures so you could see how nice the design was and that the roles were big, I loved that because I didn't feel cheated. I ordered one wrapped in avocado with a slightly sour sauce on the outside that was very tasty and the filling was raw salmon and shrimp. The other one was also stuffed salmon haha, with shrimp, cream cheese and chives. Both were very tasty so I would eat again at NIU sushi and the prices were great. Both were $15 with delivery included.
I thought the alien theme was really fun. It would be a package that if it wasn't made of cardboard, I would keep it as a souvenir!

Mi experiencia comiendo NIU sushi bar and delivery
Una de las comidas que más me gustan es el sushi y en mi caso, siempre pido sin arroz pero es difícil conseguir sitios que hagan buenos roles sin arroz a un tamaño decente. Así que una amiga me recomendó este lugar y como estábamos en la casa pedimos delivery. Cuando llegó, debo confesar que me encantó el marketing del lugar y su packing creativo que para mí es algo que le da muchísimo valor al lugar y más si a eso le sumas que es rico. Porque vale destacar que hay muchos lugares con un marketing genial y cuando vienes a comer, te decepcionas demasiado de la comida. Yo en lo particular, prefiero rico que bonito pero si es rico el lugar y aparte bonito, para mí es un 10 de 10. Todo estaba diseñado muy cool así que aproveché de sacar algunas fotos para que vieran lo bonito del diseño y que los roles eran grandes, eso me encantó porque no me sentí estafada. Pedí uno envuelto de aguacate con una salsa por fuera un poco ácida que estaba muy rica y de relleno salmón crudo y camarones. El otro era de salmón relleno también jaja, con camarón, queso crema y cebollín. Ambos estaban muy ricos así que si volvería a comer en NIU sushi y los precios estaba súper bien. Ambos me salieron en 15$ con el delivery incluido.
La temática de los extraterrestres me pareció muy divertido. Sería un empaque que si no fuese de cartón, lo guardaría como recuerdo!
