Hoy quiero hablarles de un restaurante que llamo mucho mi atención, este se encuentra ubicado muy cerca de la Casa de la Fresa, en el sector el Baho, Mérida-Venezuela. Al entrar cuenta con unos bellos escalones y desde allí aprecias una linda iluminación, el cual tiene por nombre La casa de La Arepa. Mi mayor curiosidad fue en si solo vendían arepas por las primeras frases o a su vez otro tipo de comidas ya que decía restaurante.

Today I want to tell you about a restaurant that caught my attention, it is located very close to the Casa de la Fresa, in the Baho sector, Merida-Venezuela. When you enter it has some beautiful steps and from there you can appreciate a nice lighting, which is called La casa de La Arepa. My biggest curiosity was if they only sold arepas for the first few sentences or if they sold other types of food since it said restaurant.

Desde que entras puedes apreciar lo grande y espacioso que es este restaurante, cuenta con suficientes mesas y buena iluminación. Con cuadros en todo alrededor, en donde todo allí se puede apreciar que es de madera dando ese toque de antigüedad en el sitio que sin duda como buen turista te hace revivir esas épocas de antigüedad que para mí atraen mucho, hasta tienen una gran chimenea con ladrillos súper grande y bonita, todo ello hacen el sitio muy acogedor.

From the moment you enter you can appreciate how big and spacious this restaurant is, it has enough tables and good lighting. With paintings all around, where everything there you can appreciate that it is made of wood giving that touch of antiquity in the site that certainly as a good tourist makes you relive those times of antiquity that for me attract a lot, even have a large fireplace with bricks super big and beautiful, all this makes the site very cozy.

Al pasar a la vitrina de atención al público evidentemente nos ofrecieron arepas con distintos rellenos, aunque mi cuñado tenía más interés por comer pasteles nos facilitaron una carta con los precios y los ingredientes, allí podíamos decidir si queríamos que salieran calientes para el cual solo debíamos pedir y esperar un poco para freírlos, o también estaba la opción de escoger de la vitrina los que estaban fritos.

When we went to the customer service counter they obviously offered us arepas with different fillings, although my brother-in-law was more interested in eating cakes they gave us a menu with the prices and ingredients, there we could decide if we wanted them hot for which we only had to ask and wait a little bit to fry them, or we could also choose from the counter the ones that were fried.

Mientras mi cuñado decidía que comer, por mi parte seguí explorando el gran sitio, y me encontré que a parte de ser restaurante también ofrece diversidad de dulces y recuerditos como llaveros, imanes y cuadros. Así que no era solo restaurante este sitio sino también un lugar perfecto en donde conseguirás cosas bonitas para llevarte como recuerdo de este hermoso lugar y sus alrededores.

While my brother-in-law was deciding what to eat, I continued exploring the great place, and I found that besides being a restaurant it also offers a variety of sweets and souvenirs such as key chains, magnets and pictures. So it was not only a restaurant but also a perfect place where you can get nice things to take as a souvenir of this beautiful place and its surroundings.

Y como un plus total que me encanto de este restaurante así como el de la Casa de la Fresa es que cuentan con un pequeño balcón perfecto para admirar la naturaleza😍😍.

And as a total plus that I loved about this restaurant as well as the Strawberry House is that they have a small balcony perfect for admiring nature😍😍😍.
