Hola hivers ✨ bienvenidos a mi blog, un gusto saludarlos nuevamente espero se encuentren bien. No hay nada mejor que pasar un domingo en casa y cocinar algo rico para el almuerzo, hoy prepare algo bastante rápido pero delicioso que me hizo recordar a la comida de mi mamá, a ella le encanta preparar bistec encebollado y también hígado encebollado aunque no es de mis favoritos pero el bistec si que me gusta así que se me ocurrió hacerlo para hoy.

La preparación es súper fácil, vamos a cortar una cebolla en julianas y también podemos ponerle ajos finalmente picados, luego en un sartén caliente con un poco de aceite agregamos el ajo y los bisteces a sofreír, yo condimente con sal y orégano molido que le d bastante sabor, luego agregamos las cebollas picadas y el truco es tapar el sartén y poner a fuego medio para que todo se cocine lentamente y el bistec agarré sabor, cuando la cebolla este cristalizada y la carne bien cocida ya tendremos esta preparación lista para acompañar lo que deseemos, yo lo acompañe con arroz blanco y papas fritas. There is nothing better than spending a Sunday at home and cooking something delicious for lunch, today I prepared something quite fast but delicious that reminded me of my mom's food, she loves to prepare steak with onions and also liver with onions although it is not one of my favorites but I do like steak so I thought of making it for today.
The preparation is super easy, we will cut an onion into julienne strips and we can also put garlic finally chopped, then in a hot pan with a little oil add the garlic and steaks to fry, I seasoned with salt and ground oregano that gives enough flavor, then add the chopped onions and the trick is to cover the pan and put over medium heat so that everything cooks slowly and the steak grabs flavor, when the onion is crystallized and the meat is well cooked we will have this preparation ready to accompany whatever we want, I accompanied it with white rice and french fries.
