        哈哈，你说的太对了，其实在不同的地方做法和样子真的差别很大，西安的版本更多的汤汁有点像混合版的油泼加哨子面。而今晚在异国食堂复刻的也被厨师带入了自己的风格，介于胡辣汤板和热干面的中间地带。不过说到底我们三位老乡共同享受的碳水化合物，一入口感觉就回到了家
