I heard great stuff about Ipoh's cafe scene. Next time, I need to account myself like 2 weeks full cafe trip all around KL and Ipoh haha

        Nah. It's way too laid back in Ipoh you'll probably get bored within a day or two, spread the schedule and extend to Kluang as well please. Generally, you may wanna Google for mining towns in Malaysia, as our coffee scene are heavily influenced by the British colonials.
